The worst goodwill I’ve ever entered. We came in about 20 minutes before closing and just looking for one specific item quickly. The minute we walked in the started screaming VAMONOS!! VAMONOS!!! Telling us to leave. I realize their computers shut down at six. They could have simply said that when we walked in instead of telling us when we were standing in line with 6 minutes before closing that we had to come back the next day and couldn’t purchase our item. There was one kind lady at checkout who had to sit in a chair because of her back that was helpful and checked us out. Such a hostile environment

I am from out of state and looked forward to shopping at new goodwill because I frequent the ones near my house too much. I walked in at 5:00 today; they close at 6:00. I had to use the restroom, and they said it was closed. I had to leave! By the time I found and got to a restroom, it was not worth the drive back. Using the restroom is not optional for people; shopping is. Customers will not shop as much or shop at all if they can't use the restroom when the NEED arises. Good luck and good riddance!

We are from out of town. This goodwill is expensive. $5.29 for a pair of old used shorts.

I've been going to this particular goodwill for years... now yesterday another price hike !! how can you charge customers 9.99 for a pair of used jeans that you get for free and then have the audacity to ask me if I'd like to round up when I'm purchasing my items.... price gauging and simply taking advantage of people who really do need to buy second hand items. Super sad

Filthy store and need s shut down for cleaning and new employees and managers. No customer service skills hardly. One employee sings constantly with no concerns of customers and the store is a place of business. No baskets to carry merchandise in and lack of enough carts that is less then 10! Prices are fair. Racks of clothes overstocked with little wiggle room for looking. Corporate needs to step in..

Would rate zero stars if I could. Rude and condescending employees. The employee who was ringing up my clothes didn’t greet me, and right off the bat had a nasty attitude with me. I don’t know how people like her have jobs.
