Goodwill offers a mixed shopping experience at its Morse Rd location. While it has historically been a reliable spot for great deals, recent reviews indicate that competition for items has intensified. Shoppers often encounter a crowd waiting by new carts, making it challenging to find bargains. This situation has been noted to create discomfort for some customers, particularly with the presence of a staff member in a wheelchair whose attitude may affect the overall atmosphere. Despite the crowded conditions, shoppers appreciate the store's selection, which includes decent exercise equipment and occasional closeouts on clothing and home goods. The prices at this location are generally better compared to other Goodwill stores, but some customers feel that certain items are priced too high, given the neighborhood. The fitting rooms are often locked, which can be inconvenient, and the store's large windows can create glare, making it hard to see the clothing properly. Parking is available but can be tight, particularly around the back entrance. However, the staff has been described as friendly and helpful, especially for donations. Overall, while the shopping experience has its challenges, many agree that it is still worth visiting if in the area.
This is such a nice goodwill. The staff are friendly, and the place is clean. The items are of quality and the prices are fair given the selection. The colored tags that give you an additional discount which many stores don’t give often anymore. Highly recommend this place!
