It’s is a little office and hard to find. You will enter through carstart parking lot and come around following the arrows leading to the carstar office. Then you will see a hertz sign make the right and office will be to your left. It is a small building. Customer service was fine.

Great prices but a little hard to find - you have to drive all the way around Carstar Repair to the Hertz shed
