“Omg, absolute best experience I have had with any company, anywhere in the last at least 10 years! Don’t know if it was just the Schrock Rd location cuz no experience with other locations but associates were super fast, super friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable, seriously, I can’t say enough about this experience. They actually blew me away. We even had a rock hit the windshield and made a chip about the size of a penny or maybe a bit bigger and expected them to take our insurance info but they just said, “nah, don’t worry about it” no questions asked. Didn’t try to charge us a bunch of money for extra drivers. If you EVER need to rent a car, go to this location, makes you feel like there is still smart, good service in this world. Give all of these workers a raise immediately!!!”

“I had to book a rental for a last minute out of town trip and had the pleasure of connecting with Austin when I arrived. He was very helpful in accommodating the request and getting me in a car despite my last minute booking. I arrived right at opening time on a Sunday and there were already like 15 people waiting. I was literally in/out between 5-10 minutes. I usually use the airport location but may just use this one going forward with it being conveniently located on top of the exceptional customer service received.”

I could not be happier. Brittany handled everything. Make sure you ask for her. They made a bad situation into the most pleasant experience. “I was surprised by the low ratings. As I understand it, some auto services mostly do oil changes, wipers and brakes and have 5* for reasonable prices, completing the job in 1-2 days, and being fair. As for TongDa, at least in my case, I came there with a very complex and complicated issue that required investigation. This is simply the next level of expertise that Jocelyn possesses. I believe they've been working on Japanese cars for over 20 years”
