I just want to give a shout out to Carol at Hertz. This is the second time I have gotten a rental from this location and both times the staff has been so nice and helpful. This second time was unfortunately due to an accident, and Carol has been genuinely kind and helpful, and the young man who processed my pickup, I forget his name, was great too!! Top notch professionalism, and prompt response. Enterprise downtown told me to pickup my car at 4pm on a Friday; then after walking there, told me they had no inventory, Carol had me in a car monday morning no issues at all.

This place is a joke. Got a rental, returned the rental on Sunday 7/27. It's now Thursday 7/31 and my rental was still never closed out. I called customer service, they were no help. They just called the location who said they were gonna close it out and never did. I called customer service back and then was told they would send a form over to management and have them deal with it. NEVER AGAIN will I use HERTZ, I will definitely be sticking with ENTERPRISE from now on. Should of just stuck to what I know. SMH. Ridiculous. I would give 0 stars if I could.....

It’s is a little office and hard to find. You will enter through carstart parking lot and come around following the arrows leading to the carstar office. Then you will see a hertz sign make the right and office will be to your left. It is a small building. Customer service was fine.

Don’t go to this hertz. They have very small collections of vehicles and they force you to buy their insurance even when got your own.

Originally I was told my car was completely covered under insurance, but then charged. They said it was additional fees and taxes not originally included. Ok, whatever, but they proceeded to charge me an extra 5 days for the rental than I had it and no one has resolved this issue. “Someone will call you back” I know it’s not a lot of money, but it is the principle of the matter. Also, money is money, I work hard for it and it’s rude to charge extra. I would try enterprise instead.

Hertz was awesome my car got totaled and my insurance company recommended hertz. Jerry picked me up put me in a nice car at a good price. After my week Kenny sent me home in an Lyft. I had an excellent experience with these two thanks guys.

Kenny (and Jerry I think), run an old-school business where customers are helped, genuinely and efficiently. They helped me out with and without insurance coverage over months. I wish everyone did business like them. Highly recommended.

Now 3 months no refund they owe me $165 and they can’t even call me back wow. Do not rent hereOne of the most lying and deceitful companies. Do not rent cars from them they hide problems until your on the road then force you to pay. I have waited on my refund over 3 weeks this is ridiculous I’m so upset go to enterprise way better customer service and cars.

Everyone was super nice from setting up my appointment to getting me into a car I really liked even after I chose a different one! I will say it is a small building tucked in the back of the Aldi and CarStar so if you feel lost, you're prob in the right place!
