Now 3 months no refund they owe me $165 and they can’t even call me back wow. Do not rent hereOne of the most lying and deceitful companies. Do not rent cars from them they hide problems until your on the road then force you to pay. I have waited on my refund over 3 weeks this is ridiculous I’m so upset go to enterprise way better customer service and cars.

Everyone was super nice from setting up my appointment to getting me into a car I really liked even after I chose a different one! I will say it is a small building tucked in the back of the Aldi and CarStar so if you feel lost, you're prob in the right place!

BEWARE DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! My car was broken into July 4. I left my vehicle here and went to visit family out of town upon returning my vehicle was broken into! Hertz told me to take it up with my insurance. Leaving my car on their property it was vandalized completely unacceptable!! They were not remorseful at all!!! Someone else said the same thing happened to them weeks ago!!!! The neighborhood and building is disgusting!!!

Booked my car on the app, had to Uber to pick up my rental car. Arrived around 4:45 (they close at 5). He told me he didn't have any cars available, i showed him my confirmation email and he said he wasn't sure how that happened because he only has one car left and he's giving it to a guy that's been 'waiting for hours'. Shortly a man walks in dropping off his car, turns in his keys, and leaves. I ask if I could take his car (my work trip is tomorrow I needed anything ASAP) and he said no because his system is down. I asked how he was processing the guy picking up the 'last car' and he said they're doing a paper contract. Huh???? Very convenient that your system is down 15mins before close. And what is a paper contract? Sounds fishy. Overall a terrible experience. Not sure if the system is at fault for letting me book cars that were "unavailable" or if it's this lazy employee's fault for choosing not to service me because he's trying to leave for happy hour. I will not be coming back here again. Terrible.

Cancelled my reservation due to a sudden need of “auto insurance” when it is not listed under requirements for approval of rental on Hertz official website. Also, they somehow questioned the reliability of international driving licenses and obviously, the workers need to be more educated with rental policy. I had a wonderful experience with Hertz branches in PA as they are so understanding, well-mannered, and very professional. They acknowledged my international driving license and proceeded with my rental without any problem. Unfortunately, this branch sets a very bad example to represent Hertz itself, unlike the ones in PA. Terrible experience.

At fault parties insurance suggested I go here. Will forever regret it due to how the lady talked to me to me on the phone... Pick up day for the rental comes, they give me the car topped off with gas. Little did I know under the hood, there was no antifreeze/ coolant. I call up there to make sure it would of been okay to add the universal/ 50/50 kind I had at the house due to there not being none. She says yea that will work... Proceeded to top it off with coolant, then check oil LIFE... Oil life says it has 12% left until gone. So I call again (mind u if anything is wrong or not how they left it they will charge YOU!!!!) just to make sure I'm going to be good on my drives, and the same lady who answered my call regarding the coolant/ antifreeze, caught an attitude because I'm trying to make sure I'm safe out on the road. She said she was gonna transfer me then acted as if she was putting me on hold/muting me. I don't know if she didn't realize but she didn't mute me. She proceeded to say,"Kenny I'm transferring this boy to you bc all he's gonna do is keep calling and complaining, and I don't get payed enough for this." Excuse me for trying to make sure I'm going to make it to my next destination or not. When renting a car the customer shouldn't feel as if they need to check under the hood to make sure the fluids are right at all. If it weren't due to how long I was keeping the vehicle. It would of been the next customers problem. Horrible experience overall .

I recently got into a car accident resulting in me needing to get a rental. State Farm suggested I go to this location due to how close it was. If u stay out west go to ENTERPRISE. Much better service, much faster service, better area, and more reliable.

The office location is not in the safest part of town. The service was fast and efficient with pickup and drop off. The car was immaculate and roomy for a Toyota Camry, so complaining from me.

First, the location sucks. GPS will not take you to it. It is behind Aldi. There needs to be a sign on Mound St. with an arrow to help guide exact location. Not a great experience for my mom. She was given a hard time. I had to transport her to & from there.

Everything went good for my wife with them setting her up with a rental so now we are going there and get the car and see if the experience goes as smooth ? I'll let you know how the out come is when we leave with a rental car ??

I'm not sure if it's location specific but this particular Hertz has the best staff ever. I can't remember the name of the gentleman who dropped my rental off but he was extremely helpful and even gave me some important personal information I needed as well. I recommend 10/10!

CAROLE MADE MY DAY AND LIFE SO MUCH EASIER! And FASTEST PLACE TO GET A CAR RENTAL !!!!!!!! 10/10 recommend will NEVER use another car rental place locally.If you DONT GO TO HERTZ AND SEE CAROLE I FEEL SORRY FOR YOU! Good LUCK!!!!!!I was using enterprise and had to wait OVER A WEEK!!!! To have them mess up my rental when I arrived for my appointment.I called Carole on THE WEEKEND! She had my car rental ready in less than an hour.Had such a horrible experience with enterprise and I wish more businesses and people worked that were like her. She went above and beyond to help me.It’s very hard to find businesses like Hertz and the employees here like Carole that actually do the best they can to make sure everything is great for the customer.Cannot thank her enough for making my life easier and ONE thing off my plate.
