Customer service experiences vary. Some reviews highlight great customer service from specific staff members that makes customers smile. Other customers report not being offered any help during their visit. There are instances of staff being nice but also of a cashier becoming irritated when asked for assistance with a defective product, offering only limited options. A manager has been noted as inattentive and unhelpful with resolving coupon discrepancies. Regarding online orders, one customer reported that when a shipping carrier lost part of an order, the store would only issue a refund instead of resending the items, leading to dissatisfaction. All in all, it is described as not a bad place, but service and policy experiences can be inconsistent.
Sales guy was so helpful with my return and super nice! Also, their selection of shoes is so much better than the other location I went to previously. Will be back!

Sales associates seem genuinely interested and are good at making a sale to meet customer needs. The store manager however is dismissive and rude. It's too bad, really. He's the reason we choose to shop elsewhere.
