Hollister the sister store to Abercrombie & Fitch still maintains very quality merchandise. Unlike A&F whose brand has been greatly compromised and no longer the great brand it was known for.Hollister is definitely geared for young men but they still offer many great items that appeal to men of all ages. However the young sales girls are always found huddled together talking to each other. I always have to go look for someone as they never ask if you need help and when they do they look annoyed, lol.

A special appreciation to the wonderful employees who go above and beyond to give excellent service, especially to a young man who worked in the front counter earlier today and had the kindest demeanor as well as patience. I was running very short on time and was dealing with a very persistent issue that kept bothering me while I was trying to checkout but this young man was so understanding and sweet, even when I was not acknowledging him and being disrespectful. He even calmed me down a bit and gave me warm farewell. I wish I remembered to ask for his name since he made my day. To find someone with his qualities is very rare and Hollister Easton town center is very lucky to have him. All the employees deserve a big shoutout, they are all awesome and I hope I can receive this service again! and to that young man, you will go very far in life!

The customer service at this store is very bad. We entered the store at about 8:25 p.m and searched for some clothes to try on for about 20 minutes which gave my girlfriend about 15 minutes to make some quick decisions. After she tried on the clothes and made her final decisions it was about 9:03. Mind you they did close at 9. So we rushed to the front to pay and on are way one of the employees stopped us saying “ excuse me we closed 4 minutes ago” and gave us a rude glare. We proceeded to the check out where the other employee who checked out gave us even more attitude and rushed out the door. It was just honestly very unprofessional. I’m not a rude person by any means and treat everyone with respect, I would expect the same from employees but not at this location. Just stuck up teenage girls.

I won’t bore with the details, however when 4 attempted calls that customer services bore no fruit, RICKEY stepped up and proved that customer service is in fact NOT dead but can summon the power of Thors Mighty Hammer. Lol, all kidding aside Rickey gave A++++++ service when navigating online and phone based service. I left the store very happy and my faith renewed in American customer service.

Today 12/17/22 employees were all on their phones and unwilling to assist. Any questions that were asked appeared to be an annoyance to them. They were unresponsive and seemed not to be well trained for their positions.

I only gave them a 3 out of 5 because they mainly had a selection of jeans that I don't particularly like and had a hard time finding the jeans that do fit me but other than that the employees were great and nice

The employees of this store deserve to be recognized. I don't normally go into Hollister/Abercrombie stores because of the environment that was created in the early 2000's but I was there on Saturday in the afternoon and I heard employees sticking up for a customer after her mom body shamed her. It's refreshing to see people working in the stores that promote a positive body outlook. These employees working are not only doing their job, but going above and beyond. They should be so proud of themselves.

It seems that people working here do not really care about customers too much. I went to return an online-bought sweatshirt and exchange another for a different size. The person attending me took like 20 minutes to do the transaction because they couldn't understand how to issue a refund and a size replacement. They issued a partial refund that was not the price of the returned sweatshirt. Then they "issued" another refund that never got back to my account. I have called customer service several times now to try to get the full amount back. Really bad service.

I would love to review Hollister but they ship their goods from Ohio by FedEx which is a disaster of a company. My Order (Dec 6) is still in transit on Dec 24th, while it wanders from Ohio to Illinois to Kansas and on to New Mexico and Arizona - and as of this past week~ California! Now it's stuck in Newark, Ca which is infamous as a dark hole. Change your choice of delivery service!!!

Went Christmas shopping here and was sad to know I couldn’t use my coupon on the items that I bought. The when I went to Gilly Hicks and purchased some items, they informed me that they had a coupon code that could be used since I mentioned a coupon. I’m not sure if the person checking me out at the other store forgot or didn’t know about it but I will be returning to the store in my hometown to see.

Staff is very lovely for the most part! They’re almost always attentive to your needs and are willing to help you shop for a new outfit!
