The selection mainly consists of jeans, which some customers find difficult to fit into their preference. The store environment can be a bit crowded with inventory, customers, and employees stocking and chatting, making the aisles difficult to walk through. Employees are often found talking together, requiring customers to seek out help. When approached, they can sometimes seem annoyed. However, many employees are friendly, helpful, nice, and great. They frequently go above and beyond to provide excellent and sweet service with the kindest demeanor and patience. There are instances of employees understanding difficult situations, calming customers down, and giving warm farewells. They also promote a positive body outlook, sticking up for customers and creating a refreshing environment. This service renews faith in customer service, leaving customers very happy. The employees deserve recognition and a big shoutout for being awesome.

The employees were friendly and helpful. They offer up to xl in stores for ladies and xxl online. However, xl seems to run out quickly. It was a bit crowded with inventory, customers and employees stocking and chatting everywhere but that would be my only complaint. I had a difficult time walking through aisles.
