“Lovely place! I had wasted a lot of time searching around big box stores and online for a floor lamp shade. I walked in The Lamp Shade with a photo of the lamp (and a tape measure held next to it), and walked out with the perfect shade in a few minutes thanks to the expert advice and recommendation of the owner. “I purchased one of the animal clocks with the wagging tails last week, but when I got home I noticed the tail wasn’t working properly. I reached out, and they immediately mailed me two replacement motors so I could easily fix it myself plus a handwritten note with clear instructions. They also assured me that if it still didn’t work, they’d give me a full refund.
The tail is now proudly wagging, and I’m genuinely impressed by how quickly and kindly they resolved the issue. I’ll definitely be back and will happily recommend them to friends!”

“I did an online order and ordered hot sauce. Heidi messaged me personally to let me know she was out of the hot sauce I originally ordered, so we planned to replace it with a different one. A few hours later, she messaged me again to say she found a bottle of the original hot sauce. Her customer service was outstanding! I can’t wait to visit the store in person just to meet her. I can’t say enough about how professional the service was.”
