The Furniture Vault is an old train depot repurposed into a fine furnishings showroom. The original structure still houses a working vault complete with two foot thick concrete walls and heavy steel doors, which today serves as the heart of the shopping experience. Inside, a wide range of beautiful designer fabrics, catalogs, finishes, and custom options are offered by American manufacturers, embodying the meaning behind the name. Customers find well made furniture and lovely decor, appreciating expert consultation and same day delivery that provides a boost to their home. Everyone is extremely helpful and nice, with furniture that is beautiful, leading to a certainty of return for more, thanks especially to the customer service. The place is impressive, offering beautiful pieces, including a Norwalk Ana sofa, with original hand-tied construction ensuring no sagging or falling apart. The customer service is fantastic, treating everyone with respect and consideration, providing excellent recommendations based on space and durability needs. The Furniture Vault is an absolute must-see for high-quality furniture at unbeatable prices. The selection is vast and varied, with something for every taste and budget. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions and offer helpful suggestions. The showroom is beautifully curated, with a wide range of styles and pieces on display. The furniture is well-made and built to last, with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Customers have been extremely pleased with purchases and appreciate the ideas and suggestions for a pulled together look. The showroom is fun to walk through, and arrangements change frequently.
The design and curation of this shop are incredible. As a portrait photographer, I highly value aesthetics and good taste, and this place is pure inspiration for any home in Columbus.
