Wish negative stars were an option. Absolutely pathetic customer service. If you need help finding an item it's like you walk in a scream bomb.

I was in town visiting family and needed to get a new cord for my RV. The woman with the neat light up Tron glasses in electrical helped me out with it and let me know incase it didn't work to keep my receipt bring it back and we can switch it out or find a new one. It worked perfect Ms.Brit! I went to check out with service desk seeing as I parked in the veterans parking. The little woman with the accent told me where check out was and sent me all the way down at the other end even though there was no one there and 4 people were just standing there. She said it pretty rude as well but I would think they would take care of their senior citizens and veterans a bit more better than this. Electrical department was awesome but the front service desk area failed overall.

This may be the messiest store I've ever encountered. A lot of the employees seem "over it". Under staffed, I'm assuming.

Very bad costumer service. My husband forgot the wallet and they won’t accept Apple Pay and they tolled him to place and order online but yet they requested an ID for the pick up, when we have always placed online order and and asked for an ID instead we always showed the pick up code. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

My fiancé and I were just coming in for some spray paint so we drove our car there. They had patio furniture clearanced and we were interested in a dining table but had to see if it could fit in our car. My fiancé took my mini tape measure I keep in my purse for when I go thrifting to see if it could fit in the trunk. He came saying it couldn't but didn't think to check the backseat. When he came back again we decided I would go home and pick up the jeep and he would stay there and look at the paint. He had to go to the bathroom in the meantime. I got back and he was waiting for me but I wanted to check out the paint samples. He found some gorilla brand sealant on clearance for what we thought was around $8. On our way to checkout he explains we're being watched an employee. I looked back and there was an employee who had completely turned out to watch us. While checking out the gorilla sealant rang up for $3.50 so he went back to grab a few more. On his way back to the register at least 1 employee was following him the entire way. It was very nerve-wracking because we are 2 honest people just trying to take advantage of some late summer deals. I felt like I had to explain myself somewhere because I did not appreciate being treated like a criminal. I can understand going in and out of the store a few times/maybe his trip to the bathroom seemed suspicious, but are we really the first people to need a bigger vehicle for a spontaneous large purchase?

I go to so many home depots I love home depot always shop there, but it seems the employees in this specific location are either bored, unmotivated or just have zero customer service experience. The lady in the paint shop would rather not be bothered with anything doesn’t even want to help and talks in a rude way, self checkout sales associate doesn’t let me scan my own stuff lol whats the purpose of self checkout if your going to scan my stuff, the bathrooms are always dirty and smelly just my whole experience every time I go there is bad.. the department managers and store manager need to spend more time on the floor to monitor how employees are doing and treating customers

Couldn't find what I was looking for so I had to go to Lowe's. Other than that it's a Home Depot.
