No surprise why the ratings are so bad. You have to jump through hoops just to get anything done. It's never taken two weeks to get durable equipment processed before.

Came to pick up equipment. Said they could not suppy a receipt as to pickup time and date. Driver said that they would mail a receipt to us. I refused to return equipment without being given a receipt detailing time and date of return in hand.
