“WENT THE EXTRA MILE! My luggage…with CPAP…was lost during a recent flight. I contacted CPAP central on a Saturday morning (no other vendors were open).
Despite not being a regular customer, they tracked down my prescription, identified the correct machine, had the Respiratory Therapist set the parameters, and had the unit waiting for me when I arrived.
I literally walked in, signed paperwork, paid the rental fee, and left with the CPAP in less than 5 minutes!

“I don’t know where I would be without cpapbox. I needed a more niche machine (bipap ST) that no DME local to me carried in stock. I was going to pay thousands for a refurbished one, then found out my insurance won’t reimburse. My insurance has been giving a very hard (and very drawn out) time in getting the machine I needed. My AHI was 106 and O2 dropping to 50%. I was terrified to go to sleep while waiting on insurance. I found cpapbox, sent my DME order over and placed an order, requesting expedited shipping. It came as promised and in perfect condition. There was one small mishap where an accessory I ordered did not come with the order, thankfully I could use the machine without it, but I reached out. I received an email back immediately stating that the part would be shipped that day. Sure enough, no questions asked and no trouble, the part came. Customer service is top notch and I have recommended this company to everyone I know who is in a similar situation. A complete lifesaver.”

“I ordered a Pentair Wellmate WM12 from Aqua Science to replace my smaller Water Worker tank, which died in less than three years. It was under warranty but I didn't care, I wanted the Pentair tank! Aqua Science had the best price on line (Nov-2023) and free shipping. I received the tank in two days. It installed simply and easily. I am a retired millwright not a plumber. I had to rework a connection and had difficulty removing the quick connect. Called Aqua Science and they talked me through the issues the sent pictures via text to help. Great company, great experience. I am not local to these folks but sure wish I were.”

“I don't know about you, but I never look forward to a Colonoscopy?….Guess what? It turned out to be an Awesome day!☀️… Here, let me tell you about it… So like, my doctor ?⚕️was like, guuurl, it's time to get that caboose ?checked out and I was like, Doooc?⚕️please ?tell me you are joking....Nope ? it was that time...so IF you're like me, it took a month ? to accept it, a month? to get the nerve to book it (a month away, of course) and another month ?to wrap my head away around the whole thing?... by the way, I pride myself on not being a procrastinator, Shhhh?hush! Anyway, the team at the Taylor Station Surgical Center was soooo dang on Sweet & Funny, I actually had a blast!?
We chatted about food,??? cause you know your girl was hungry, and laughed ?all the way to the procedure room. Next thing I know, I was in La La Land ? Dr. K ?⚕️had done the work and I was waking up to some Hella Jamming music ?

They are a team of experts from Lori who registers you, to Jennifer, who greets you on the unit, to nurse Laura who preps you, to Linsey the anesthesiologist, who takes the time to introduce herself prior to the procedure, to Kelly and Pam, the Awesome nurse team who assist the Awesome Dr Khanduja with the procedure, to nurse Stephanie, who provides aftercare and discharges you safely out of the door. ( literally she helped me to the car). Oh yeah, and expect a post procedure follow up "wellness call" to make sure you made it back home ? safe and sound relaxing in your snuggly wuggly ? bed. It's is a smooth ride from start to finish! ?

“Rehab Medical, I have had an awesome experience with them from the very beginning of getting in contact with them, them coming and taking measurements, ordering, delivering and resolving any issues related directly with the power chair. I would recommend anyone to Rehab Medical for a power chair, very smooth process. The only issue I have/had with Rehab is on the back end with the billing, they refuse to bill for a portion of the chair that is non-covered by the insurance company so I can try and dispute the service through my insurance. Since they will not bill the non-covered service, I can't dispute it to try and get them to pay which in turn would reduce my out of pocket cost. I believe I could get it covered with the right medical documentation from my doctor but they won't even give me the chance to try and get it covered since they refuse to bill it to my insurance. Another issue is, I was overpaid and it took them 4-5 months to eventually get my overpayment returned back to me after many many calls to them about it. At one point and time, I was told the director had the physical check in his hand and all he had to do was mail it and it was still close to another 2-3 months before it was actually mailed and for me to receive it. Overall, 100% satisfied in regards to the chair itself and service, customer service, promptness etc., just not 100% satisfied with the back end operations.”

“I've never had a problem with billing or receiving my bipap supplies in an orderly manner. Note that the majority of complaint's are coming from people with less then a handful of reviews. Medicaid patients aren't made a priority, which is an industry standard. Get a job and earn an honest living, pay for insurance like the rest of us, then you'll receive your supplies in an expediant manner.”
