The guys working at the desk were so kind and helpful. A mistake had been made at another local branch in Columbus, and they helped make it right. While I sat waiting for a manager to help, I saw a lot of care. Employees opening doors for people. Teaching a younger person how to build credit. Etc. Very kind.

The ATM works fine lol I wouldn't come here for any other services. I tried twice to get a paper notarized that would've taken a solid 5 minutes for someone to help me with. Laughed at by an employee on the first occasion and then skipped in line by their manager the second time. I'm not going back in there :/
