This branch is ridiculous. Tellers,although friendly,are completely overwhelmed. The manager is almost non existant. Never enough staff to handle volume of customers. If my paycheck was not drawn on huntington I would avoid this branch in a hearbeat. I would give this branch 1/2 star

Customer service was mediocre. Asked about a perk on my account and didn’t even bother to look it. Additionally after further investigation they didn’t even put the bonus promotion on my account that motivated me to choose Huntington for my banking. I feel cheated.

lady at the clerks bench is racist and biased we came 5 times to open and account and everytime she would heard we wanted to open an account she got up to leave. I have been banking with them for years now and this is the worst location. Very unprofessional staff
