Worst banking experience ever. Made a deposit and they held most of the funds. They made some of my money available the next business day, as there policy states. And after withdrawing some, they RETROACTIVELY decided to hold the entire check and are charging me overdraft fees! Stay far away.

On occasions that I have visited the Dublin Granville KeyBank, I was treated respectfully and courteously. As soon as I entered the establishment I was greeted warmly, even when going through the drive-thur.
