Today I shopped at this Kroger and observed that posted prices do not match the prices you are charged at checkout, specially for bottles of wine on their clearance shelf. When i brought this up with the Kroger staff they said it could not be changed in the system. They suggested the posted sticker prices might get brought into the computer system later in the evening. I think if you can't trust the prices at a store that's a big red flag. Additionally, the bags here are very low quality so you should double bag or you risk them breaking in the parking lot.

Went in to get me some lunch.And they had a two piece, dark meal with two sides and a biscuit for $7. Chicken was way overcooked, they only had one side and no biscuits. They did give me an extra piece of chicken. The young lady working the area had no clue what she was doing. The parking lot is filthy. Watched a homeless man run out the door, set off the alarm and almost took himself out when his pants fell down. Two employees were behind him but could not catch. Honestly, they didn't even give an effort. That incident told me everything I need to know.I will not be coming back here.

This Kroger is one of the three horsemen of the apocalypse. Two people have been killed right outside, always filthy, stock is poor, no carts are returned, they must be understaffed. I wouldn’t want to work here either. Armed guards at the doors to check everyone paid.

Their customer service has really gone downhill and PLEASE CHECK THE EXPIRATION DATES ON YOUR ITEMS BECAUSE THEY OBVIOUSLY AREN'T! NEVER AGAIN!!!

It's absolutely disgusting that they LOCK their assisted mobility devices for disabled individuals and require they hand over their ID for the privilege to use it. Then make you wait several minutes before you can even leave the store to get your ID back!

I did an online grocery order and the pick up time was from 1pm-2pm. I waited until 245pm and my order was still not complete even though I received a notice that my order was ready. I was asked to give them more time to find two items. They think pick up is whenever time they choose. I will never do an order from this location ever again. I asked for a manager three times and no one came until my fourth request. Poor customer service

No employee baggers, only self checkout, and the self checkout machines rarely work correctly. Not uncommon to wait in a chaotic line for 5+ minutes as customers struggle to scan and bag their large grocery orders. Armed guards check your receipt at the door and harass you if you don't cooperate. And today they ran out of bags and told customers to shop somewhere else if they're dissatisfied.

They replaced all the checkouts with self checkout machines & had to get an armed guard to check recipes when people kept stealing. Genuinely one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve had at any store.

I was racially profiled and harrassed multiple times by the security (Rent-a-Cops) and disrespected by the store manager at this location ,Then banned. This store is jokes and unprofessional.

This Kroger is a joke RUDEST EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER IS USELESS went in to pay a gas bill and they try to tell me that it was shut down was like 8:30 PM at night and they’re trying to tell me that it shut down a couple minutes before 9 PM which those two are not the same so it will be awesome if somebody from this location contacted me because you guys seriously need to do better. I’m actually gonna be. Contacting corporate tomorrow because I just literally can’t even believe what I just experienced! Let’s put it this way. I drive 25 minutes to avoid going to this location, which is literally a minute from my house do better.
