Lane Bryant use to be a wonderful store, now its terrible with customer service in Asia with people who speak very little English and have no idea what they are doing nor how to help with an issue, your business is atrocious and you should be ashamed it has declined so, I will never order from Lane Bryant again

Went to the one in Hershey mall and the air conditioner is out been out for weeks you can’t shop because it’s so hot inside the store. The employees are hot no body has fixed it yet

I went to Lane Bryant in The Battlefield Mall in Springfield, Mo. the store used to be so neat and clean! It was horrible!! I tried asking these two ladies that worked there about a certain bra and they were busy talking 🤦♀️ then I helped my friend that was trying on clothes and the place was filthy.
