“I love this Tractor Supply off Sawmill Road in Columbus, close to Chuck E. Cheese. I recently stopped in looking for a new pair of work boots and ended up finding exactly what I needed. As someone who works on my feet all day, having a good pair of boots matters, and I really like being able to come here and actually look at different options in person. The store is always easy to walk through, the employees are friendly, and it just has that comfortable local hardware and farm-store feel that you don’t get everywhere. They have a great selection of work gear, boots, tools, outdoor supplies, and plenty of other things I usually end up looking at while I’m there. I’ve been to this Tractor Supply more than once and always enjoy coming back. If you’re around the Sawmill Road area in Columbus and need work boots, work clothes, tools, or outdoor supplies, this is definitely a place worth checking out.”

“Just wanted to say I really enjoy this store! It’s right around the corner from my house. But I’m very concerned that it might be closing soon. First they took out the cosmetic & jewelry counters, then the Roosters Wings in this same shopping center caught fire and had to close down (hopefully only temporarily), and over the last few weeks, I’ve seen lots more clearance signs and a lot of giant empty spaces within the store itself! I’m honestly hoping it isn’t true, but only time will tell.”
“My husband and I went to Menards in Hilliard around 11:00 a.m. on a Wednesday. It wasn't really busy as far as customers go. There were plenty of employees throughout the store. We were searching for a grill cover. We asked an employee where we could find them. He said they didn't have them on the shelf any longer, but they were upstairs. I said so does that mean we can't get them or what. He said no, you take the elevator upstairs and can find them up there. I didn't know they had an upstairs. He kindly took us to the elevator and showed us exactly where we could find the covers upstairs. The upstairs was full of items that you could shop. We didn't really look around but there was a lot up there! We went back down to browse the store more. We found another employee and asked where the frying pans were. He walked us to the other side of the store and showed us where they were located. We could not believe how helpful and how kind EVERY employee was throughout the store. I am definitely impressed with the service we received from the time we went in until the time we left. It's very rare to find that kind of customer service with a smile anymore! “Not your traditional shopping experience. Each shop is selling the items in their space and the items outside of their shop. My first experience I was just grabbing things and walking to the next area, I was educated very quickly! As a woman in holiness, almost 100% of the garments are very appropriate for my lifestyle. You will find daily wear dresses and extravagant garments. Each shop keeps their own hours, so if you go on a Sunday, wait until around 1pm or 2pm to ensure they are all open. The lowest price I have ever spent is $20 and the prices go up based on the garment and its details. The sizes work different than US sizes, so be sure to try your garment on. Also, there are no fitting rooms, best you’ll find a changing nook, so come wearing undergarments that you don't mind being exposed in. The restrooms are not gross but not very comfortable, so I would recommend going to the restroom ahead. However, if you are in an emergency situation the bathroom is ok to use. I’ll warn you, I typically spend about 3 hours in this place, so tell your husbands to wear their comfy shoes and be sure their phone is charged :-)”

“I wanted to recognize Katy for the wonderful customer service I witnessed yesterday as i was checking out. I watched her assist an elderly couple while she was helping with bagging. The woman was visually impaired and was having trouble finding starch for her clothes. She took the initiative to look up the aisle on her phone, went to get the starch herself, and brought it back to the couple. Katy went beyond by assisting the woman throughout the checkout process. She gently held her hand and helped guide her between her husband and the register so she could feel comfortable and safe. The woman was extremely grateful for Katy’s kindness and compassion.I was so impressed by the interaction that I made sure to recognize her right there and told the cashier in my lane, where she was also helping with bags, about what I had witnessed. Katy was genuinely caring and it was clear that she truly wanted to help.”

The Cincinnati-based supermarket giant will open about 110 new stores in fast-growing markets by 2029 and introduce three updated store formats, executives told investors Oct. 20 at the company’s Investor Update in New York. Kroger already runs about 2,700 stores in 35 states. The formats come in three sizes, a bit like small, medium and large, matched to each market. Mary Ellen Adcock, Kroger’s executive vice president and chief merchant and marketing officer, walked through the lineup.
Walmart shoppers want a head start on the holidays, and money explains a lot of it. Some 44% of respondents call affording the holidays their top stressor, and 61% say holiday costs shape their shopping mood. Asked what would make the season easier, 70% picked lower prices and 57% picked more deals and promotions. Convenience ranks lower: 30% want one-stop shopping across categories, and 20% want faster delivery.
Target is rolling out its most ambitious store overhaul in more than ten years, with plans to remodel over 130 locations and open 30 new stores across the country this year. The retailer is also putting money into supply chain technology upgrades to keep pace with how shoppers buy today.
