“I am beyond impressed with the service I received! They cleaned my wife’s suit after our outdoor wedding, and it came back looking absolutely brand new! They’re also cleaning my wedding dress, which had quite a journey—after hiking over 2 miles in Yosemite, the bottom was stained with dirt. I was worried it would be impossible to get the stains out, but they did an incredible job. I had the chance to inspect it after the cleaning, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Now, it’s being sent off for boxing, and I’m eagerly looking forward to picking it up in February. The care and attention to detail they put into our garments were truly exceptional! Regina is also a lovely human to work with and took the time to make sure I was well taken care of!”

“Overall, it is a great place to wash clothes. It's a little more pricey than others I have been to. They are very convenient with allowing you to download an app, which allows you to link a card for payments and not have to deal with coins or a preloaded card that ends up with funds that cant be used. The facility stays clean, and they have tested all over for entertainment while you wait. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the prices and the fact that they dont have any washes with an agitator (i feel that they help clean clothes better, but just my opinion)”
“Were briefly in town for a conference but had traveled for several days. The Hampton Inn in downtown had no guest laundry and so contacted Wash UR Clothes…used the drop off wash, dry , fold service. They were so helpful, friendly and prompt. Highly recommend them!”

“I visited on a Tuesday morning from about 9:30am-noon.
I had a TON of laundry to do because my basement flooded and soaked all my clean and dirty laundry.
The place was clean, brightly lit, and there were tons of washing and drying machines available. There are plenty of folding tables and laundry carts to use, as well.
The dryers are all the same size and cost. The washers come in multiple different sizes - from huge machines that can clean 9 loads to ones for single loads.
I brought my own detergent and laundry baskets. However, if you forget or run out of laundry soap, dryer sheets, or need a laundry bag, they sell all of that there.
They have a coin machine to convert bills to coins. However, every machine can take coins, cars, or an online pay option using a QR code.
There are a couple of vending machines inside, as well, for snacks and drinks.
The woman on staff at the time was super friendly and helpful. She was constantly cleaning and keeping things in order.
The prices were reasonable, and many of the larger wash machines had a variety of cleaning options.
I was able to do everything I needed in a safe and clean environment. Will definitely head back here if I ever have another mountain of laundry I don't want my own machines to handle.”

“Good place for a variety of music shows and good drink deals. I've not used the laundry portion so I can't say much about that. I will say they have made nice upgrades to the venue/bar side since going under new management.”
“Top loader washing machines are $3. Smallest front load machine prices: $3 light, $3.5 medium, $4 heavy. Medium sized front load machine prices: $6 lowest price to $9.5 depending on factors like temperature, extra wash, extra rinse. Largest front load machine prices range between $8 to $12.5 depending on the same factors. There are no laundry carts, so prepare to use your own baskets, hampers and bags. Small dryers are 25¢ per 15 minutes. Large dryers start after 4 quarters ($1) and last 24 minutes. Each additional quarter will add 6 minutes to dry time as long as you add quarters before the cycle stops. The laundromat is on the bus line (#10). The change machine is compatible with $1, $5, $10, $20. Dryer sheets are 4 quarters. Detergent is 5 quarters. The pop machine is $1.”

Done after four hours! Totally awesome service as I got a message at 10pm that it's ready to be picked up. I got there at 11:30pm and it was a pleasant experience with the lovely lady staff.
I'm getting my whole team to use the wash and fold service here.”

“This place is nice and clean I was so confused I haven't been to a laundry mat in years just needed to use a dryer it says takes debit card I didn't have cash it says use a app i tried wasn't working so I asked the lady at the desk instead of her saying you need to use the machine to get dollar coins to use them because the app isn't working she got rude with me I dont know what to tell you I'm not helping you well thanks your so rude I had to ask someone else that was washing clothes what do I had to leave go get cash and then go back to dry my clothes thanks lady my weeks have been rough enough”
“Clean...several different size options for washers.. .two sizes for dryers...machines take quarters or their card (cost $1) which can be reloaded with cash or debit...Canne was very nice, polite, and helpful. They have vending machines or Save-a-lot grocery next for snacks.”
“The employees are always nice,the prices for tanning,and tanning lotions are really cheap compared to other tanning salons. I can tan,wash my clothes,play laser tag,or video games while here. I have been a customer here for a long time,and I have ever had a bad experience when I visit this location.”

“I love it I am able to wash my clothes I'm able to dry my clothes I see no problem with it I go in there everyday to wash my clothes it's a good place to wash clothes all they ask is for you to be respectful for and don't put no shoes inside the dryer or washer which is reasonable I mean you wouldn't want to put shoes in your dryer and washer and get it ruined would you so this place is the best place to go to wash clothes and it's cheap so how good can they get the only thing I think they need to do is put a bathroom in there that's it but otherwise this is a good place to go to”
“Visited this laundromat today for the first time. I was very impressed; the nicest and cleanest I have been to on the west side. There is a manager on site to assist with any issues. I only had a comforter that used a large washer and dryer and the dry was free!”

They are small and keep overhead to an absolute minimum...that's how you get their price and quality. One other important note: You must prepay...another way they keep their overhead and no show/no pays low.”

“Writing this review for the kind and sweet woman named Kim that I met here. I was visiting from out of town for a photoshoot when I realized the brand new outfit I bought was not sewn properly. Panic set in as I only had 2 hours to fix it. I called multiple places in the Columbus area, but NW Cleaners was the only one that would listen to my story and welcomed me in right away. Upon showing the damaged band on the bra to Kim, she was skeptical because I had made the mistake of trying to fix it myself with fabric glue. She explained to me how it would make it difficult to thread a needle. However, she did not give up one me or the bra and continued to play with it. Eventually she was able to sew it! Right there and then she fixed it on spot for me!! I was extremely impressed and so thankful that she did this for me last minute. Her pricing is very reasonable as well! She works extremely fast and you can tell she really enjoys serving her community. Would def go back for any other services. THANK YOU SO MUCH KIM!! <3”
