An anchor store for countless malls, at least those that still exist today, it's hard for me to get enthusiastic about any suburban Macy's when the Herald Square flagship was my go-to location for 20 years.This one certainly doesn't compare to that, but it was clean & fairly well stocked.

Helen the suit lady at the Easton Macy's location was wonderful and knew exactly how to put my suit together just by looking at me real quick. She's good she was very busy with multiple tasks and still was very diligent in the way she completed them

I am very disappointed with your order pickup from Easton Macy's store. I ordered three items and went to pickup two times when I was told it was ready for pickup. I went there and they wanted me to wait a week so I came back only to find that she canceled the order right in front of me but my card was still charged. I need a full refund, apology and money to compensate me for my four taxi rides for the rides to get the items I never received.

I needed a new pair of semi-dressy shoes and this was my first stop. I immediately went up the escalator to the backstage area. This was my first time here. They have a pretty good selection of everything. I found a great pair of shoes that were indeed marked down to $30 from $60 and not only did they fit, but felt comfortable in my trial try-on. I asked an associate if the check out was downstairs and she directed me to a cashier in this area. My shoes rung up at $20. Score! I will definitely return.

I recently decided to stop in at Macy's Polaris to look at clothing/shoes. I will start by saying I was a loyal Lazarus/Macy's customer for years. During the last few years I have not shopped there much. Their inventory is down, especially in the Plus Size women's department. It was a mess in there and I practically had to walk thru a maze. However, the worst thing was the dressing room. It was filthy! Dust everywhere - especially ground in the corners of bench and floor. I also noticed lots of dust on top of cabinets located on the first floor when going up and down the escalator. This is not the store it once was. It reinforced why I have not been shopping there much in the last few years.

Was so excited to see the Macy's at Easton get a Macy's Backstage. It is the Macy's version of a discount store. It is located Located on the second floor back corner next to the luggage and furniture departments. I love walking through these areas as you never know what they will have. Sometimes it is hit or miss and they have a variety of junk all the way to high end discount items. That is probably not how they market it, but just being honest in my observations. One thing I really like are the lower prices! $$$ I found two belts I liked ($9.99 each) and have found some cool Ralph Lauren Polo socks too. It really is fun to find the deals and in general the price point is well below the traditional store items. Make sure to note that Backstage does have a different the return policy. Macy's Backstage is 30 days and most of the traditional Macy's items has a 90 day policy. The discount store also has its own website at www.macysbackstage.com. If you happen to have a Macy's charge card you can use it here as well. Definitely recommend checking it out as it worth the walkthrough and items are added pretty frequently from what I can tell.

can the cigarettes ever be cleaned for the employes? my daughter has a severe OCD and can not be around that but she says she still prefers outside. she just wished they clean it up. right by slurping turtle parking lot.

They have a huge variety of stuff. They have a lot of great sales on the sale racks for name brand items. You can also check out their deal of the day online and have it shipped to the store. The pickup process is easy. I highly recommend this Macy's location.

I went to buy suitcases at Macy's in Easton mall and the lady who helped me was very very rude to me and her name is Vicky in the luggage area. I just asked her a question how much the 2 suitcases will cost and she told me do I expect her to figure it out with the discount and if I don't them I should leave them. I was not happy at all I ended buying them worth $338.00 or so because I was already there. Omg! So rude.i I will go to Polaris Macy's instead

I'm not a fan of department stores. Hell, trying to find anything specific is like trying to find your toddler child in a Build-A-Bear convention, good luck. Nothing is ever in its right place, and finding the size you want? Shoot, peace out homie. Staff? Well, you can definitely find them manning their make-up and perfume stations; but, finding them in their respective clothing sections? Good luck. Frustration? Yes. I hardly ever walk out of a department store pleased. But, hey, you win some, you lose some in this game we call LIFE.
