Macy's eSpot Kiosk is an anchor store located within a larger Macy's at Easton. This location features a Macy's Backstage on its second floor, a discount area in the back corner next to luggage and furniture. The Backstage offers great deals and great buys at a fraction of the regular price, with lower prices well below traditional store items. It has a huge variety of stuff, from a pretty good selection of everything to name brand items on sale racks, ranging from junk all the way to high end discount items. Shoppers can find cool items like belts and socks at marked-down prices. The store is clean and fairly well stocked. Associates are diligent and helpful. Customers can use a Macy's charge card there. It is important to note Macy's Backstage has a different return policy of 30 days, compared to the traditional store's 90 days. The discount store also has its own website. The pickup process for online orders is easy. It is worth a walkthrough as items are added frequently.
An anchor store for countless malls, at least those that still exist today, it's hard for me to get enthusiastic about any suburban Macy's when the Herald Square flagship was my go-to location for 20 years.This one certainly doesn't compare to that, but it was clean & fairly well stocked.

Helen the suit lady at the Easton Macy's location was wonderful and knew exactly how to put my suit together just by looking at me real quick. She's good she was very busy with multiple tasks and still was very diligent in the way she completed them
