Purchased items from Best Buy online. They day of deliver the FedEx driver did not drop off a package just pulled in my drive for few minutes and left I have the video. Called best buy they said the shipment shows delivered nothing we can do. I purchased items to rough a leasing company so now I'm on the hook for 1200 Dollars and have nothing to show for it. I will never do business with this company again. Customer service -10 starts they just repeat same thing over like they reading from a script and I can't understand them.

Awful...Awful...Awful...Needed a credit card machine cable... Guy at front could not guarantee it would work but also wouldn't bother to check or walk to me to the product...Ran to Office Max next door...They had nothing but at least looked...Came back and I told the manager and had to stand in line again...At least 20 employees standing around on their phones...Two confusing lines that made no sense and no one knew where to checkout so people were waiting and rewaiting. Manager informed me man at front was right and the way to tell was to buy it and if it didn't work bring it back...No one apologized or cared. And of course it didn't... If I could leave minus stars I would...But they don't seem to care either way... Will return cord to another Best Buy so I don't have to deal with them again...Get your employees off their phones!AVOID!

i've purchased a TV from the store and scheduled installation for the following Wednesday. They told me to be available from 7 AM to 7 PM. At about 5:00 PM. I get a message saying that delivery would be the following day and installation the following Monday. I called and Customer Service gave me a new date for the following Saturday. Once again I get a similar message, called again, was told there was nothing that could be done. No apology or expressions of regret. I went into the store to return, the TV, explained the situation to the assistant manager, who once again made no apology and expressed no regrets. The general manager did apologize, but seemed unconcerned about the assistant managers rudeness. I won't be shopping there again.

Morse Road Location needs to rethink their hiring practices. I live in Brazil and shop for most of my electronics from Best Buy in Florida. Unfortunately the closest to where I am visiting, in Ohio, is the Morse Road Best Buy where I have spent the past 3 days trying to buy (1) an all in one computer (2) an unlocked cellphone and (3) a Playstation 5. All three days I have been met by the same "salesperson?" who seems more intent on how little time he can spend with a paying customer and how much he can spend gossiping with his friends, all gathered in the computer area. Day one: When I asked for information about the HP All in one 27 inch computer he said "this is the last one, you have to take it as it is." And fled to his friends. He would not take 3 minutes to ask if I needed information an any other model, size or anything. I stood there for another ten minutes trying to figure out the difference in memory etc. when someone finally walked up and talked me through their inventory ( Bought it at Staples because they do not price match anymore) Day tw:, Playstation 5. He literally pointed toward the toy section and told me they don't have any displays and that I would have to talk to someone at "the front of the store" if I wanted one. Ran off to talk to friends. Bought it at GameStop a few doors down. Day three: I was at the unlocked phone area and he appeared. I asked if they had accessories for a Samsung unlocked phone that I was interested in and he said "no" ran off to talk to friends. The cell phone area is in front of the exit and I asked the person sitting there if someone could help me. He re- appeared, I asked about another model and he said " We only have iphone and newer Samsung" pointed wildly and, you guessed it, ran off to his friends in computers, where he was sitting, idly, when I called the manager. Now why on earth would anyone who is hired to SELL ( which produces the revenue for his salary and benefits) could not on all 3 occasions ask if there was anything else he could do to help me find a viable purchase, is beyond my comprehension. The manager said he would look into it, but I was furious and decided to go somewhere else. Even the manager did not ask if he could help me actually purchase what I was looking for. Best Buy, maybe this is why your stores are folding. I get better attention at Target and they don't even hire the "specialists" that you pretend work for your company. So roughly $3,000 walked out your store, all because your staff member would rather gossip with his co workers than actually do his job. Thanks for wasting my time.

I had an audio issue. I couldn't hear, but on Zoom meetings, they could hear me. Rather than spend time fixing the issue, the techs just wiped my computer. Therefore, I lost all of my data AND they changed my sign in without returning it to my original credentials!!!I can't tell whether my rage can stand going in there again.

Had a remote start installation done today that I got for Christmas. Josh greeted me, explained a little bit about the process and after talking to him I felt at ease about him working on my car. He was extremely professional, gave me a number to call if I had any questions for him and he had it fully installed in about an hour. When I came back he showed me how to use it and made sure I was satisfied. Wonderful experience overall.

I had been pricing TV for several weeks looking at all the online vendors and local stores for the best deal. I noticed when browsing Amazon there was a pick up today option at Best Buy. I realized I could get the same price with a direct purchase and decided to do just that.I knew exactly what I wanted and saw that it was in stock so make my trip out to Morse Road (near Easton Towne Center). Easliy found parking and walked in back to the TVs. A floor sales rep asked me if I needed help with anything and I answered Yes, just trying to find this TV. It was that easy. He took me to the area and brought it up front and I proceeded to wait in line. I did have a bit of a wait and upon getting to the front the cashier mentioned I should have been placed in the other line for faster check out. I wasn't really concerned as I saved more than $100 with the sale price and was super excited.Overall, a good experience and everyone was super helpful and friendly.

I've never been done more wrong by a business establishment in my life. I purchased a remote start system as a Christmas gift over a month ago and made an appointment, less that three days before Christmas I get an email that says they moved my appointment back 2 1/2 months! No one called me, Customer Service couldnt offer me anything, I went into the store and they couldn't help me either. Really, you can't get me in for a simple install in the next 3 months? Worst of all, they have the harness to my system, so I cant even install it myself. Its a joke, STAY FAR AWAY!

First off The manager Darla D. at the Geek Squad desk is wonderful and amazing and I would practically die for her. Her fellow geek squad employees are also amazing That being said, the rest of the store is garbage. A TV from Best Buy we purchased arrived with the screen smashed and the BB website said we can either ship it back or return it. We opted to have it delivered in the first place because my car is small. We got the tv into the car and drove it to the closest BB, which is Morse Road at Easton. We went to the Geek Squad first and try confirmed the TV was damaged and we were told to approach the Tv salespeople to initiate a return. The store was very busy, it was the day after Black Friday and it was clear the sales people have had it. We were told because the delivery people hadn't completed the ticket from 3 hours ago, they could not return the TV as it is not showing up in their system even though the TV was sitting right in front of them. That we would have to haul the TV away and then bring it back in 24 hours. We did not damage the Tv, it arrived damaged and I specifically pay for a BB membership to get free delivery and installation. I was told if we left the Tv there it would be abandonment of property and they would not be held responsible. There were numerous other orders being held for guests to pick up so I do not see as a customer service issue, holding a broken item we purchased from BB when they were the ones who damaged it in the first place. I went back to the Geek Squad desk and asked to speak to management as that was the only help we received the whole time we were at the store. And this is where Darla entered the picture, thank god. I'm giving one additional star for Darla as she was the only redeeming thing about the incident. After also recently picking up another electronic which was missing a piece, I'm going to avoid this store from now on.

I went to the store to pick up purchases I placed on cyber Monday Store Manager Elane was terrible I'm a business owner she had a team member call corporate and that's who is in picture. The associate got into argument with there own corporate office and refused to get back on the phone. This is the worst customer service Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves. Brett another store manager finally helped out he was exceptional only one properly trained. As a company owner I'll refer our business elsewhere

Forget trying to call this store. Apparently there are no 'live' employees as all you will get is an automated voice trying repeatedly to guess why you are calling. After 10 minutes of automated nonsense I just hung up...so much for customer service.

brandon was super kind and helpful in helping us pick out a great TV mount after we had to go into the store (since best buy didn't tell us they wouldn't be bringing one with our install today). he also helped me process the trauma of finding out henry cavill will no longer be the witcher. 10/10 he deserves a raise

If I could give a zero I would for the Morse Rd. location...went to buy a camera. Employees look at you and then immediately go the other direction so as to NOT HELP. No recognition of customers standing there or just acknowledging you just might need help. No one knows a thing about products (they'll tell you that) especially the camera department so do your homework before you go! They are RUDE and just there for a paycheck and nothing else! Common courtesy doesn't exist at this store and obviously the manager is so desperate for help he hires anyone off the street! They should close it down just like they did the one at Polaris! Times have changed!

This place is not your Best Buy from the past. Its bright, well organized, helpful staff, clean, and has all the latest gadgets in a ton of different categories. Clean bathrooms too thanks for that. I was looking for a camera. Their inventory in the category i was looking was thin, but my sales person went online to see my options. She was helpful and knowledgeable. Although I did not buy today, i got a sample of the NEW Best Buy. I will return.

After my office building was destroyed by a fire the folks at this location got me everything I needed to set up a new temporary office! Thanks for the expert advice!
