Trevor at Metro really came through for me. T Mobile Metro is my carrier and I came in with a shattered scene. He worked with me to get be back in track with another phone and it was very reasonable. It's nice to realize that there businesses and people that know how important customers are

I visited on 8/14/2025 around 5 PM and the amazing salesman was so kind and patient with me and my son. We changed our order after starting to buy one phone and he was so professional and helpful about it. Great value for the money and amazing customer service.
