I was under a tight scheduling crunch and had a lot of detailed questions, and he took the time to walk through everything without rushing or overselling. The audio system they installed is easily the best I’ve ever had in a vehicle and clearly beats both the Harman Kardon system in my previous Ram and the Bang and Olufsen Unleashed system in my Ford. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work. They also installed a dash cam and the workmanship was top tier. All wiring was clean, fully hidden, and professionally done. This is the kind of shop that takes pride in details and treats customers the right way. I would not hesitate to return or recommend them.”

“Plumber bail on me today didn't want the hassle of trying to find a odd part for a facet. So headed to Sutherlands and found a wonderful sales associate that not only helped me find the right thing but gave me some insight to the problem I was having with the shower. Hade it fixed in 30 mins good as new. With the money I saved on the Plumber was able to up Grade. to a better setup. “This was a great experience. I dropped my phone that was paid off and due for a upgrade in the toilet, so that was my reason for visiting. Donovan assisted me and he was extremely efficient and helpful. This was my first time getting a new device as an autorized user and it was refreshing to go to a store and not walk out in a terrible mood. It took maybe 30-45 minutes and I was on my way with my new phone. He explained things clearly and made all the terms easy to understand. I truly appreciated his attentiveness!”
