“I had a stealth hitch installed on my Ioniq5 and I was impressed during the entire process. Everyone was extremely pleasant and kept me updated over the few weeks between ordering the hitch, the down payment, confirmation of receiving the hitch, and confirmation of appointment. Took from 9am-3:30pm for installation. Spent that time at nearby Easton mall.

It’s on a busy street with busy neighboring businesses, but there is plenty of free parking within walking distance, both on Indianola and all of the side streets.”

She used all of her resources, her co-workers and manager, and also Verizon itself to help me get everything rectified. She not only advocated for me but she helped me ensure that I had everything documented and uploaded to my account so that if any more issues there would be a paper trail! She was lovely and I appreciated her dedication and genuine care to help me get everything sorted out. It turned a crummy experience into a great one. Thanks for everything, Asya!”
