I was scammed by this store. I picked a phone for an upgrade and they went to the back brought out a 2023 old phone. When I brought it back they stated "we don't honor the 14 day return guarantee."When I asked why and why they sold me an old phone they called the police so I could not get the phone I paid for, a 2024 Motorola.

After constantly repeating myself and nothing was resolved and her telling the guy there what I needed and him shrugging his shoulder, yea I won't go back and I am searching for a better company to go to as a whole.
