Metro by T-Mobile offers a great experience for customers. A customer dealt with an issue activating a phone for over a week, then drove an hour to the Columbus location at 3571 W Broad. Staff went above and beyond to help activate the phone and waive the activation fee. The staff are incredible, can speak Spanish, and let customers go with a good phone and protector already assembled. They provide a wonderful selection of choices, best staff/customer rep, and money saving deals.
