I wasted a trip to this place. I called for 2 hrs and no answer. I get there and the lady was just getting there and she starts by telling me I need to talk to my carrier first and get codes and account number only to tell me she does not have the phone Metro is promoting and tried to seem me one that was 300 more to sign up... wont go back.

I had a broken, unrepairable phone thru Metro, for over a year! An a family account over 3 years! Never late! I took my SIM card from my Metro phone to another Metro phone got charged $30 that I did not know about they turn my phone off then they turn my whole family's phone off 3 days before the billing things do losing $120 a month over a lousy $20 service fee. How greedy can Metro get to do that to people and not even tell him when the phone I put the MetroCard in with a T-Mobile phone and I called them and they did it for free so Metro charge me $30 just to take their SIM card and put it in one of their phones it was unlocked that's a bad way to do business and they would rather lose that money. I'm stunned that they have no compassion.. that's so cheap.. so so much for taking care of loyal customers

Went to the store today to pick up my replacement phone and they were closed even though it said they closed at 7pm. I was there at 6:00pm. So what are the hours of operation then???. Oh updated information on the website as well. So I don't waste my time. Really not happy with t-mobile anyways. Nothing but problems with my phone. Im gonna switch back to who I was with before. If nothing changes.

The people that work in there our wonderful awesome knowledgeable they always right there to help you out tell you about the latest things that MetroPCS has to offer their uncredible there they go above and beyond every time I go in that store that's my favorite store to go to. And once I get the chance to find a place I hope I find a place out here so I can be close to that store. Cuz if not I will make and go out my way just to go to that store. Another good store is I don't know if the gentleman still works there or not he makes that store awesome and goes above and beyond actually he does the same thing that these two people do at this store those two stores along with that one dude is at Morse road store as wonderful I went there a few times and he wasn't there they seem not knowledgeable on both types of phones android and iPhone not everybody has iPhones okay just let me tell you that your people need to know about both Android and iPhones to really help your customers out there's a couple stores that I went to the people that work there only know about iPhones and very little or no knowledge about Androids.that being said step up your game on that level. Other than that these two stores are awesome to go to!
