The business is locally operated and part of a larger group of car washes in the region.
Reviews highlight friendly staff, with some employees always smiling and giving positive gestures, which makes the experience pleasant. However, some customers find the vacuum cleaners to be less powerful than others and mention overflowing trash and missing air freshener towels and dash wipes for members paying $40. A few note that the wash process can be rushed, forcing cars close together, which restricts the brushes from cleaning the entire vehicle properly. Others mention confusion about the express lane, especially when multiple cars cut in line, and point out that tire scrubbing and full cleaning of the car’s front and back are sometimes lacking. Despite these issues, many customers find the prices reasonable and appreciate the overall cleanliness of the cars after washing.
I usually go in the morning and it is really tough to find vacuums that work,, and when I was through the car wash, there were berries and bird poop still on my car,, so it’s not that great, I live in an apartment or I wouldn’t even use their service at all. I would do it at home with my own hose ,bucket, soap, rags

I’m always impressed how the staff that guides you in is always cheerful. They always do a safety walk around the back of the car and are not distracted by other employees. My wash is on Livingston Ave at Rt 70. They could build another one right next door and they’d still be full all the way out to the street! Great... read full comment
