“I had an amazing experience with Universal Auto Detailing. They detailed my Audi and made it look exactly like the day I drove it off the showroom floor—honestly, maybe even better. The attention to detail was next level, from the exterior shine to the spotless interior. Every surface looked brand new, and you can tell they truly care about their work. Professional, thorough, and worth every penny. If you want your vehicle to look factory-fresh again, I highly recommend Universal Auto Detailing they have earned lifetime customer. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Contacted Hilliard Detailing Garage to inquire about a Fluid Film undercoating. Fluid Film was the recommendation of a frame shop when they had my older car in for frame rust repair. That shop had fairly new cars up on their lifts and I was shocked at the amount of rust on those cars frames. Chatting with the owner of that shop, he said it all could have been avoided by applying Fluid Film. Hilliard Detailing Garage couldn’t have been easier to work with. They answered my initial inquiry very quickly and got me an appointment into their shop real fast a few days later. Matt and Zach, Hilliard Detailing Garage’s partners, are a couple great guys. Both are very easy-going, easy to talk to, and their attitude to their customers couldn’t be better. Their garage is spacious and clean, their prices are very fair, and they’ll get you in and out and back home by dinnertime. Great experience here and won’t hesitate to use them again for Fluid Film and any other detailing work I need done.”

“Pristine Detailing did an excellent job on my Type S MDX — inside and out it looks fantastic. The paint has great clarity and gloss, the interior was thoroughly cleaned, and everything was done carefully and professionally. I really appreciated the straightforward communication and honest advice about paint protection. Andy explained what made sense for my car and how to maintain it going forward without any upselling or pressure. Pricing was fair, the work was high quality, and the whole process was easy from drop‑off to pickup. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Pristine Detailing and will definitely be back.”

“Justin and Jason were absolutely phenomenal. I’ve purchased three trucks from Germain; the most recent one was a sudden need after getting rear ended. Jason went on the hunt and immediately found me a replacement truck and Justin was super responsive and made everything go smoothly.”

“Super suuuuper nice, very friendly & the gentleman at the entrance (the back of the building) helped me put my car in neutral. Now before you laugh, newer Nissan trucks are weird 🤣 so that was a Godsend he knew about rogues. 20/10 service though. I'd recommend them to anyone”

“I had such a great experience at this car wash today! Ryan was incredibly attentive from start to finish. He made sure everything was set up perfectly, and even took the time to give my dog a biscuit before we went through. That little gesture completely eased my pup’s anxiety, and it honestly made my day. Ryan was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my visit. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

“Amazing! Quentin and his team did an awesome job getting the interior of my car back to like new! It was easy to schedule a convenient time on their website for them to come to my home. They just need access to an outlet on your property to work their magic! They were very professional and courteous keeping me up to date on the progress of the clean. It literally looked like I was driving it off the lot when they were finished. Very thorough and I highly recommend!”

“After being highly recommended by a close friend, I took my 2015 Jeep that was covered in dirt and dog hair to Johnny. He is the sweetest man with a beautiful shop. The day before my appointment he called to ensure I knew where to go and what to expect. He stayed in contact throughout the process. I was absolutely speechless when I picked up my Jeep! It has never shined this bright before! Johnny and Ethan did such an excellent job! I have since told everyone I know to go to Johnny when they need a detail. I felt the price was very fair, he got me in quick, and was very thorough. I will be returning!”

“The customer service alone set them apart — they were so kind, responsive, and truly cared about making sure everything was taken care of. The team was genuine, personable, and extremely professional. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly value their customers! They went above and beyond, and I was especially impressed that they were able to take care of my car well within 24 hours of me bringing it to them. That level of efficiency without sacrificing quality is rare! The results were amazing — my car looks and feels brand new. It’s not often you find a company that combines high-quality work with such outstanding service. I’m beyond grateful and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend! “Got a basic car wash which was done well. Service at the entry was welcoming and engaging. Unfortunately, the prices have increased ($11, $16, $22 and $26) over the last year. The Club monthly pricing is a better option if you plan to wash your car more than twice a month.”

“As a refugee of the now defunct Buckeye Car Wash on Kenney Road, I was super happy with the results of my platinum wash at Sammy's. I was a first time customer, liked that it was a black, female, independently owned company, that it was more environmentally friendly than large scale car washes, that my car was not filled with chemicals when finished and my car looked like a million bucks. I highly recommend Sammy's Auto Spa. Service was relatively fast, thorough, in line with market pricing, and family operated. You can't beat it!”

1654 Holt Road, Columbus OH 43228
“A decent car wash experience. Too many cones, though! When you first pull in, you are forced to decide between one of two lanes with only 2 vague signs to differentiate between them. I chose "Touchless Wash" (or similar,) but once I got around to the end of the building, I realized I actually wanted the other, more-expensive option, but, because of the multitude of traffic cones, I was forced to continue with my original decision. Also, the Touchless Wash failed about halfway through, so I was forced to exit the stall with a thick layer of suds across all my windows, which felt quite hazardous. Fortunately the wash attendants were somehow aware of the failure and finally directed me back around to the second stall, where the process began again, this time completing normally.”

“It was my first time trying this place, and I was greeted by their salesperson, Clayton. He explained all the different washes I could choose from, and the deals they have ongoing right now with their memberships, and was very friendly and professional. I signed up for the ceramic 4 ultra since you get so much for a great price for a couple months, and it washes my car so well with no scratches!! I like that they provide rust prevention in the washes, and the free vacs are convenient. the place seems really well kept up with and they have great staff. I will likely continue using my membership at this location over others. Thanks everyone at moomoo on s grener!!”

“I have not been to Mr. Goodwash in 15-20 years. A little bit because I thought the service had dropped after the new owner took over, a lot-a-bit because I moved. I went back today for a full service car wash. I am very happy with the job they did! I think I'll start returning on a regular basis.”

“I love Moo Moo Express Car Wash! This location has some of the best vacuums I’ve seen at any car wash. The dryers are great, everything is clean, and the staff was incredibly professional. My only complaint is that for some reason Moo Moo never quite gets the back middle of my small SUV completely clean. There’s always a little residual dirt left behind. If they could figure that out, it would be nearly perfect. What really impressed me on this visit was the staff. There was a customer in line yelling and screaming because he didn’t think things were moving fast enough. The employees stayed calm, kind, and professional and got the situation resolved. They handled it much better than most people would have! Great staff, excellent vacuums, good dryers, and an overall great car wash. Just show the back of my SUV a little more love!”

“Always a pleasure to visit. The staff is welcoming and accommodating to my vehicle needs. I have added some accessories to my truck and always stop to ask the management about ensuring it's safe to go through with them on. They also make sure the staff knows to read the display for my alerts to prevent damage to their system.”
