Honestly.... Best mechanic in town. I drove there in a used VW Jetta for a pre-purchase inspection and they told me everything wrong and great about the vehicle. Matt and Trace were super personable and knew exactly how to help. I was in and out in under an hour and a half. COULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ENOUGH!

Started coming here after a friend warned me Luke's auto (while being solid mechanics) usually charge an arm and a leg.
The owner and staff are extremely friendly and so far I have nothing but good to say about them.
Alternator went out? Fixed within the afternoon. Car suddenly broken down and stalling? Give the owner a day and he's gotten it fixed.
Recently had a tow company DESTROY my steering and the car was completely undrivable. Within four hours it's coming off the lot and ready to drive.
Not a single repair has hit 1,000 and the owner and mechanics have been quick to help out whenever asked.
Highly recommending them to anyone who needs work done without blowing their entire budget or risking a shady mechanic.

I was having car trouble on a cross country move with my 2 pets in a heat wave. Very grateful to Matt and Trace who were able to look at the car on a Saturday. They were able to say that it was a fuel injection issue, but said that trying to narrow down the issue further would leave us stranded over a holiday weekend. They reassured us that the car should be able to make it to our destination and gave advice on how to coax the car. They didn't even charge anything because he wasn't able to say what was wrong exactly. Later in the day Matt even called us to check and see how we were doing on the road and had additional advice. If I lived here, he would definitely be my mechanic!

Highly recommend! Matt & Trace treated me like family. I was in Columbus visiting and my car started stalling. Matt's expert team quickly assessed and fixed my car problems within an half hour...keep in mind I was just traveling through and didn't have an appointment! To top it all off...Matt called me a couple of hours later to check if I had made it home safely!!

AMAZING SERVICE! This is my second time coming here and even after a year and 1/2, it’s another great experience. As a young female, finding a mechanic was intimidating. Calling all the men in my family to make sure people weren’t making stuff up. But the owner here is honest and helps you understand what you need now and what can wait. Talk about stress-free! They’re so friendly, efficient and helpful with all your concerns. I used the after hours key drop for an unexpected issue on a Monday, and by Tuesday I received a midday update call and later a call it was ready at 3:30. Definitely a forever customer for sure!

Matt and the crew at One Call Auto Mechanic are the best! I’ve had work done on my car several times and they have provided excellent service EVERY time. They keep me informed on my repair status and any other issues to take care of. Their prices are reasonable and affordable and they get my car back on the road within one day. I wouldn’t take my car to any other shop in Columbus!!!

Well I visited this place to make sure my brake pads and rotors were working fine which was changed by another mechanic, I thought my brake fluid needs to be flushed which he told is not needed over the phone but after diagnosing he told me brake fluid needs to be changed and it was black in color , he took an after pic of brake fluid but not a before to show me. I am not even sure if he even changed my brake fluid. Very shady place. I was charged 161$ for this. After all this he talks a lot and was telling me how Indians are cheap and they try to save money by purchasing parts by themselves. My fault I visited this place , never happening again, and guys/gals reading this you are warned, beware of this place.
Update- this company has now threatened legal action against me for this review. This maybe a good indicator of the type of people you are working with here.
