Would recommend to everyone! I came from out-of-state to purchase a used vehicle in Columbus and wanted to make sure the car was as good as it looked. I was able to get in and out and the entire staff was very friendly. The mechanic was great over the phone and even double checked that I had done my research on the title and price of the car and gave me his experience with cars from the dealer I was buying from. Also one of the best waiting areas of any mechanic I've ever been too lol. I just wish that I lived in Columbus because I would feel confident in going to them for any future repairs.

⭐️ Highly Recommend One Call Auto Mechanic!
I had an outstanding experience at One Call Auto Mechanic. I brought my Honda Accord in because the hood wasn't sitting right, and I was worried about safety.
Matt and his team were incredibly honest and professional.
Trustworthy: Matt first inspected it and assured me there were no safety issues—the hood wouldn't pop up while driving.
No Pressure: He explained that minor adjustments could be made to perfect it, but they were not required. This honesty is rare and appreciated.
Quality Work: I chose to have the adjustments done anyway. Matt and his team completed the work quickly, and my hood now sits and looks perfect!
If you want honest service and attention to detail, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Matt and One Call Auto Mechanic!

Called for my key being stuck in the ignition and whoever picked up the phone was very helpful! Got the key out in no time. And even gave me advice on how to care for it later. Very awesome person.

I highly recommend One Call Auto Mechanic for any automotive repair, especially brake work. They recently replaced 2 of my brake pads and rotors. The service was professional, the pricing was fair and transparent, and the quality of the work is exceptional. Again, Highly recommend this shop if you need honest and reliable auto repair.

This mechanic shop is the best. Very honest human being. I went there to check my car, he could have just charged me and tell me whatever as a woman. Instead he checked my engin and told me I am able to drive it to the dealership and ask them to fix it since I have a lifetime warranty on it. Thank you

I've come here twice and both times the service has been fast, reasonably priced and well done.
Other places want to keep the car for the winter season, or charge you an arm and a leg. Highly recommend.
