The workers were kind and pet supplies themselves seemed good, however you should not sell fish if you're going to display aggressive fish with others that they will attack. Saw cichlids (about 5 medium blood parrots in the same tank) fight each other and one of them lay on its side in a decoration afterwards. Not including the other fish in the tank had their fins torn. I told someone about it, but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place.

Bad experience. I got a discounted refund for no reason. The cashier didn’t ask why we returned the item and we only get less than 75% of the money back. She directly gave us the discounted refund and walk away without any explanation nor reminder. The only reason I can understand is that I was discriminated 🥲

Such a great store! Very clean and friendly staff. Had some items another store was out of stock so I am glad I was able to find them here. They had a nice clearance bin to pick from too.

Store seemed fine, but had no fish even though their website said they did. Just many empty tanks, which was disappointing.
