“If you don't know the difference between a chain pharmacy and a neighborhood pharmacy, you need to visit here to understand. I love how the staff is loyal and tries to get to know their customers personally. The cards, jewelry, and gifts sections are excellent! I always find hidden gems for gifts. Old school remedies (I think I saw some Fletchers Castoria!) Lace the shelves on the pharmacy side. And it appears there are plenty of medical appliances and supplies available.”
“This friendly pharmacy reminds me of old neighborhood pharmacies with its large section of toys and games, greeting cards, and a little bit of everything else. No soda fountain, and also no long aisles of junk food and sugary drinks. It does have a good, though limited, selection of beauty products and personal care items. But, of course, it's a pharmacy, and the staff is very efficient and helpful. One thing it has that most of the chain pharmacies lack is a large section of home medical equipment and joint and muscle supports. Unless you are really fond of large monopolies like CVS and Walgreens, I hope you will support independent pharmacies like this one. Tremont Pharmacy is worth a bit of travel to patronize.”
“I enjoy this neighborhood pharmacy. My elderly aunt gets her meds there. They are always quick and courteous and they call if your meds aren't available and when they are ready. It's nice to have a smaller pharmacy to go where you get more personal care, unlike big chain pharmacies.”
“They do a good job here keeping the produce fresh AND they have a world class (hyperbole alert;) bakery tucked in the back right of the store. It’s worth the trip just to peruse the wide variety of baked goods made in store. Often so fresh that there is condensation in the plastic bag that they just put the freshly baked bead in:)”

Thankfully, after 5 years of extreme feelings of addiction, Equitas was able to ween me off the opiate's completely, without withdrawals and no other drugs, such as Suboxone.. “The only thing NOT GREAT about this pharmacy is the location - it's not near my house! I found it when scheduling my 2nd booster shot. I wasn't able to do so at CVS or Giant Eagle - places I normally go. So I went through either the CDC of Board of Health. They placed me at this location. It's about 20 minutes away from home - not at all convenient. But to only go here once - it was fine. I followed the directions Google Map gave me and found it easy enough. It's in an office complex off Karl Rd. I parked right out front and walked in the door. The counter is literally right inside. And I was VERY surprised - it literally is a pharmacy and nothing more. Like a CVS minus the entire area where you shop for non-RX stuff. Now granted, there is a small area with shelves and a few items. I didn't take the time to see what was for sale. I had to fill out paperwork (the only downside of the experience) since I'd never been there before. I needed drivers license and insurance card, too. The papers only took a few minutes and then I was told to sit and wait. And I did - but only a few minutes until a pharmacist called my name. Actually, it was a pharmcy intern. Getting ready to graduate in May. She was a lovely girl in an OSU lab coat and I asked her about her schooling. She quickly prepped as I took my jacket off. Before I knew it, the shot was done. No better or worse than any other shot I've received in the arm in the last 50+ years. My COVID shot card was updated and handed back to me. I was back in my car driving home before I knew it! As I said up front - if only they were closer to home . . . I'd gladly go here again.”

“I’ve never been to a pharmacy and greeted by the pharmacist. When I had meds that were not in stock, he went above and beyond to make sure they got them in stock. The pharmacist assistants, are equally helpful. They are willing to deliver meds within reason to ensure everyone has a fair chance to get their medications. The staff here is phenomenal. They care for their clients/patients and will fight for you and with you to get what you need. I have never had a bad experience here. I had a situation happen and I started getting frustrated. They were very patient with me and although the situation was my fault, he was just grateful that I had my medication and was okay. Never did the staff get upset, angry or frustrated with me. I swear I have never felt like I mattered to a pharmacist, but I feel like family here. Thanks for being amazing and charismatic. I’m grateful I found this place. ⭐️5 GOLDEN STARS ⭐️”

“I asked & They won't allow bringing of own glass dish for Rotisserie Chicken.
I was told they have to package their way.
In concerns of food packaged in plastic while Hot, being served per chicken, it shouldn't matter that customers bring their own glass container that can be sealed, in concerns of health issues of hot food served in plastic while hot to protect our health.
This Sign hasn't been replaced for month(s), as of 11-7-24. I noticed another sign hasn't been replaced for our safety, for our children.
This location had the most outdated hand blower in the men's restroom, all it does is blow out air wasting electricity.
They should update with an Accelerator like Speedways or Dyson.”
“Nice store with nice employees & the other customers all seemed to be nice as well. Things were clean & tidy as far as I could see & the shelves all seemed to be well stocked. Prices were about what you can expect from any grocery store currently. Some are higher & some are lower when compared to local competitors. This store has been in my area for quite some time but I already had a grocery store that I was really comfortable with. So I checked this store out shortly after opening you get some of the Grand Opening Sales, but went back to my old store. Just recently I needed to order a cake & my regular grocery store's cakes & the whole bakery in general have been less than what I expected. I have been to a few parties & events recently where the cake and/or baked goods came from a Giant Eagle bakery. When I needed to place an order for a birthday party, I decided to go with my local Giant Eagle & my guests & I were not disappointed. The bakery & it's staff were terrific. I ordered a cake for a birthday party & I ended up having quite a few more people than I expected to be able to come. So I needed to add some cupcakes to my order at the last minute. This was no problem for the bakery staff. Or if it was a problem they definitely didn't show any signs of that to me. As a matter of fact the additional cupcakes were available in some really nice specialty flavors & ended up being a really big hit at my party. I'll definitely be ordering from the bakery & shopping in this store in the future. And I may just get a few of those yummy cupcakes for dessert tonight!”
“I’ve been going to this pharmacy for close to 10 years and I’ve yet to have a truly bad experience. The pharmacist and techs are willing to work with doctors and insurance to get my prescriptions sorted out which is a huge plus for me.”
“Even though it's no longer the closest pharmacy to my house, I still come to this location for the customer service. The pharmacy tech Reba has been taking care of me and my family for more years than I can count. She anticipates when it's time for a refill and reminds me because I forget everytime! The rotation of pharmacists are also very nice but they change sometimes while Reba has remained consistent. I'm not looking forward to the day she retires ?”

“This was my first time going to Costco. I usually shop at Sam's and of course conceptually they are the same. However I noticed the prices are higher here but the checkout lines moved faster than at Sam's. They do have a lot of healthier options snacks and produce. The staff seemed happy and they were helpful. U would def recommend this place for organic produce the price is good for the quantity. Im not completely sold on leaving Sam's but I have to go back a few more times to decide”

I resigned myself to indifference and incompetence and greed. This wonderful place has real people working hard there who care and who try hard, with smiles and wonderful attitudes.
