“I don’t usually leave reviews, but Jaiden at Kroger absolutely deserves one. This dude is seriously the backbone of the store. Every single time I see him, he’s constantly moving, helping customers, fixing problems, stocking shelves, answering questions, and still somehow keeping a great attitude the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the quality of his work.
What really stands out is how professional and respectful he is to everyone. Even when the store is busy or stressful, Jaiden stays calm, friendly, and handles everything like a pro. He goes above and beyond what’s expected, and it’s obvious he puts more effort in than most employees anywhere else.
Kroger needs more workers like Jaiden because people like him are the reason customers actually want to come back. He deserves recognition, a serious raise, and honestly should be training other employees because his work ethic is on another level. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at any grocery store.”

“Even though phone experience can be a toss up, there is a brunette here with glasses that works at the pharmacy counter that is single-handedly the most helpful person I’ve met at a Walgreens ever. I don’t know her name but she needs a raise because everytime me or my boyfriend have had issues with medications etc, she’s been able to sort it out.”

“I had a great experience with the pharmacy. I’ve been having issues with my insurance lately, because of it, I was afraid I would have to pay out of pocket for a prescription. The women working were nothing but patient and went out of their way to apply a discount that allowed me to pay less than 50% of what I was initially expecting. I can’t put in words how much I appreciate that they were willing to take the time to do that for me!”
