The customer service in the bank have always been very nice to me. I've had several eye surgeries in struggle sometimes they're always helpful and the officers in the bank have always assisted me with anything I needed. I've utilized several banks over the years but PNC is by far the best in my opinion.

They try to take care of you however if you have loans and try to set up direct payments stay on top of them it took me 3 times to get my mortgage set up and they caused late payments.I also have had no luck with my online banking my wife and I have a joint account and they have locked me out but they take my direct deposits???

Not as friendly service at the drive through. I wish I went inside to get a quick service.
