She was so sweet and so patient with us , I was trying to do a return with literally no service on my phone , so she could scan my code. It took several minutes, and the entire time she was so patient with me and extremely helpful. With her help I was able to get it done way quicker, so I wanted to come and pay her a compliment. Bridget was very friendly and professional, explaining the costs and handling my items with care. She was super understanding when I wanted to wait in the store so I could text my husband about whether he'd be comfortable with the cost. Ultimately, I decided not to ship the items, and since I had my young child with me, Bridget and Stew offered to let me get him to the car and bring my car around so they could load the portraits in for me.
