Loyalty Inn has improved under new ownership, offering cleaner, nicer rooms and a friendly, helpful staff. Guests appreciate the great value and overall good experience. However, some issues remain, such as messy and disrespectful staff during night shifts, and the need for guests to bring their own cleaning supplies. There are concerns about cleanliness, including mold, dirty towels, and unclean bathrooms. The lock on one door was falling off, and some amenities like the refrigerator and air conditioning were not working.
I ordered tickets for a 2 bedroom for sonic temple 2 months prior drove 7 hours with my brother and showed up at 10:30 the guy at the desk yelled profanity at me when I asked how he could do that ? Then told us we would have to wait 2/3 weeks for a refund!!!! Almost ruined the whole trip!

The owner is rude.. the rooms are never cleaned they don't have heat I need to be closed down
