“Front desk lady was so nice and helpful. Location is close to OSU which I didn't know until we were headed there. Nice size suite. BED WAS AMAZING checkout needed to be late late in the day. Just wanted to enjoy that comfort. Will definitely book again. Hated the drive to get food (Longhorn and back) maybe because we were already tired but we still enjoyed the room.”

I was at the same event as i just saw another posted that they and their friends had issues with their cards after the post modern jukebox concert. I thought we were the only ones who this happened to. I tried to buy dinner today and I hadn't used my card since the show yesterday and my card had gotten declined as well.
Is there something we could do since there are several us and is there anyone else ?
Just be careful. These people look nice but they pull stunts like this and don't realize how much they hurt others when scamming others. I couldn't get dinner from the card so I withdrew funds from the bank.and now I have to wait on a card to come in the mail.

“Rooms could be a little cleaner. Marriott App doesn’t let you message the staff..it’s 2026 please update that. Calling and waiting for a response is not ideal..luckily this place is better than the hotels nearby so location is great.”

“I had recently stayed with our high school bowling team and parents for their nationals competition. Planning was made over the phone being from out of state of the hotel location. We had 9 rooms and check in for each parent was seamless. There was an AMAZING employee, his name is Jeff! He worked the breakfast area and he was such a great part of my morning! He was always checking in, taking care of everyone, and has such an amazing personality! You have a great employee. I will come back and stay at this hotel. He was great and the service staff was also very nice.”

During seasonal family visits in Worthington, Ohio I’ve found the Crosswoods campus a good source of lodging options. There’s a Sheraton, a Wyndham, a Hyatt Place, and the Holiday Inn Express – Worthington. I booked a room for the Holiday Inn Express for the winter holidays. It’s close to a Bob Evans family restaurant, a cash-only dive bar (the Ruckmoor), a movie theater, a Subway, and assorted restaurants, all within walking distance.
The Holiday Inn Express has been a consistently good choice for me. This time I paid for the one night with 16,000 IHG points, and this included breakfast.
My room was ready early, and I was able to check in around noon. The front desk acknowledged my IHG status and confirmed that with that status my Wi-Fi access was complementary. I found the room clean and comfortable. There was an effective blackout curtain, the bathroom electric outlet included a night-light, and the hotel had evolved, eliminating single-use plastics while retaining hand washcloths.
Couldn’t start the shower without getting wet with cold water, but the hot water came in quickly. Front desk staff members were polite, helpful, and easy to understand. I had an early flight, so I missed breakfast, but in the past I’ve found the assortment of continental offerings sufficient for a decent meal.”

“The room was extremely spacious, making the price feel very reasonable. I was initially unsure about the nearly 5-star rating, but that doubt disappeared as soon as I entered the room. I really appreciated how strictly the smoke-free policy is enforced.
The only small downside was the streetlight right outside my window, which shone quite brightly at night and prevented the room from getting completely dark. That said, it didn’t take away from an otherwise excellent stay. I would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

The location is conveniently close to so many things to do or go shop, but it is tucked away from a lot of traffic and typical noise. The staff is wonderful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to indulge in a little luxury.”
“Noise is the one thing I didn't like. I was on 3rd floor and people on floor above were very noisy even by simply walking across the floor. I kept getting woke up from them.
Also the smell is strange. Could use some room fresher.”

“This was base camp for Sonic Temple 2026 in Columbus. We were lucky to receive a free room upgrade which offered plenty of space for two people! (We each had our own hotel room with a common area 😁). Breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. There's a basketball court and nice outside seating area. My only slight criticism is the building is showing it's age, so some cosmetic maintenance would help it shine even more! We would stay here again!”

“This particular room621, had no heat, just cold air. Also the barn door handles were lose, toilet seat was lose, mini fridge cabinet door would not close and sleeping room drawer would not close too!! Check your rooms!!”
“Love the location. Being so close to the bike trails made it really easy to scoot around town. The staff were very friendly and informative.
The beds were practically on the ground. So strange. It might be hard for an elderly person to get on and off the bed. And no storage in the bathroom. I had to use the back of the toilet as a shelf.”

“Room was pretty good. I will say I saw cockroaches so I got some stuff from Walmart and didn’t see them again. They went in to do pest control as well. Laundry wasn’t working for a while, then worked again, then didn’t and then did so it’s up and down. Front desk lady was AWESOME. Such a sweet person, went above and beyond. I can’t remember her name but she was Hispanic and spoke Spanish. She made the stay much better. Close to lots of food places and stores. Thank you guys!”

“Got checked in after a long day and walked into our first room, which based purely on smell, maybe had a service dog or pet in it prior to us. Darius, the best person in the world, very quickly resolved this for us and brought us new keys to a new room right across the hall. This was the best case scenario solution. He was super kind and made what was a not-so-great day into a good one. Thanks Darius!”
