“We overall have had a good experience with Stor All! They had a nice special when we got our unit and for the most part, the price has remained fair based on location. My only wish is that they were open longer as sometimes I need to drop off equipment later than 9pm”
“I consider this location to be a choice location. Great staff who are efficient, courteous, friendly, and thorough. They make you feel welcome and appreciated. They greet you openly when you arrive for your rental and also when you return. Ask if you had any problems wish you a good rest of your day. It is very refreshing and makes for a feel good experience. Thank you!”
“Yes I had a very pleasant experience I worked with a young gentleman named Will he was the most professional courteous went out of his way to make sure that I was happy in the vehicle that I needed for the job I was doing would definitely recommend this company to anybody and I will be going back if I ever need a rental vehicle.”
“DeMary always takes care of us when we need maintenance on our trucks for our dumpster rental business. It is always done in a timely manner with affordable pricing. The office staff is easy and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend checking them out for any of your trucking service needs.”
“I felt the online rental easy and convenient. The truck was ready to go and helped us in a pinch! Thanks so much to both UHaul and VWSS Rome LLC!!! I will be using both for my future hauling needs. Best Regards and Happy Holidays! - Jason and Amy Hissong”
“I highly recommend Hoffman & Kuhn! We have used them for several years and we've never had anything but good experiences. They are very easy to work with. Very friendly and helpful.”
“The only truck rental in Columbus you'll want to return to. The office staff are very friendly and have a high level of empathy. special thanks to RaeAnne???”
“We were in crisis mode when we rented a truck and arranged for storage units here. We did it all over the phone and the representative was great in providing information and getting us what we needed. On location, the person working at the desk was great and she was able to offer assistance outside of typical parameters by answering questions and helping me cancel a double booked reservation and storage unit rental. Everything was easy!”
“I've been driving truck for quite a while now and have dealt with many different leasing companies for tractors and trailers. Xtra lease by far is the best leasing company as far as trailers go, with maintenance, customer service and just over all nice equipment. I deal with the Columbus Ohio Xtra on Frank road, awesome people.”
“I was nervous at first because as I was pulling in I got a call saying they didnt rent trucks and trailers together. BUT they allowed it, got me setup, was very nice to me. I just returned the truck and had issues getting the trailer to disconnect from the ball... not a hesitation in the world they immediately jumped in had to do some work but got it taken care of and treated me like a friend. They took care of me above and beyond and even though its further away id do business with this location over any other a million times over. Thank you for making my stressful move better.”
“The representative was so incredibly sweet and helpful! She made sure our hitch was locked tight and even complimented me several times. We need so many more people like her in the work force!”
“Triston had a great customer service. He addressed the issue and made sure things are done properly and timely manner. Guys know the business and are very knowledgeable, for sure I am coming back for my truck needs.”
“I always have a good experience at Ryder working with Chris in the rental department. He goes above and beyond to take care of the customer, always trying to help us out. Ryders always my number one go to when we need a truck ! Always”
“Excellent. 5☆'s‼The people are friendly, professional and courteous at all times. Shanell, the agency front desk clerk, is the best of the best, as is everyone at this location. Thank you all!!!”
“I want too thank you for the support and dedication you've shown. Through out my stay in storing my belongings in your storage units and providing me with your Uhaul trucks and equipment's.”
“Review MADE BY CRYSTAL POTTER
Easy pick up and drop off, I didn't have my phone, so I had to wait on my ride to get me and use their phone. One thing that I would recommend is that you get Wi-Fi for customers. I was out of data one time and it couldn't get my truck and had to go through hoops to get it
But other than that, U haul is the best around. My girlfriend and her mom rented the truck Crystal Potter and Diana Waugh.”
“I used to drive for them. Awesome company. People are kind and easy to work with. They don't micromanage. As long as you pick up and deliver on time they leave you alone. Safety oriented. Dispatch kept calling me during a snow storm to let me know it's ok to shut down and to make sure I was ok. I was on their Target account. Good money. I'd go back if i wasn't home off the road. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great company to drive for. Stress free and enjoyable.”
“I'd like to thank you for allowing me to park in your lot while ours is being resurfaced. I really appreciate not having to park on the street or in the back screw & nail lot. THANK YOU!!”
“I had a super hectic situation bc the first truck I had rented from a different company, cancelled on me at 7pm the night before I was supposed to move. I picked this uhaul truck up after reserving it in a panic the night before. There were literally no other trucks in the area available! Rhoda was super helpful and so nice!! I had forgotten my wallet in all of the chaos so she helped us get the reservation into my brothers name so we could take the truck. Rhoda was the calm in my storm and made a really stressful situation so much better. Would definitely recommend renting a moving truck from this location. It was a very easy process and I appreciated Rhoda so much ⭐️”
“I recently rented a truck from this U-Haul Neighbourhood dealer and had an excellent experience. The representative was incredibly professional and helpful, making the truck rental process very convenient for me. He provided great costumer service. I would highly recommend this U-Haul dealer to anyone in need of a truck rental. Thank you for the exceptional service!”
“I went here just to pick up some boxes for moving and the two women that helped me were so professional helpful. They even win as far as to help me carry the boxes out to my car!”
“Taylor and Ella are definitely an asset to Penske trucking we rented a truck today and they were extremely kind and represent Penske beyond their company expectations thank you John Simmons Kathy capuano”
“We’ve been on long-term rentals with this location for nearly two years, and the service has been outstanding. Anytime an issue comes up, Thomas and Andrew address it quickly and professionally. They’re considerate, understanding, and always take the time to review and resolve concerns thoroughly. Because of their excellent customer service, this is the only Penske location we do business with.”
“Best UHaul experience I ever had. Angela and team were so attentive and answered all of my questions. I've never been to such a friendly uhaul and definitely will be back.”
“Stopped here to rent a Uhual for a few hours. Mercedes was absolutely amazing. 10⭐️. She was so very sweet and efficient. This was the quickest I have ever been checked out. Will definitely be renting from here again. Mercedes deserves a raise. Hope you get to see this. ??”
