Had to wait in line as people with reservations get served first. Will be making reservations for future visits. Other than that the staff is well trained and very patient for confused customers. I saw several who were challenged .

I had originally scheduled an appointment expecting it to be super busy but ended up arriving early and didn't have any wait time. The gentleman I worked with was pleasant, helpful, and courteous and accomplished everything I needed in store.

Waited 15 mins without being acknowledged. Slow as molasses. Left after seeing two more employees come out and still proceeded to move slowly. Shouldn’t there be a better process just to return equipment?

The store was good, as I had to cancel my spectrum service due to a $50 monthly increase in my bill. When I called in for cancellation they told me they had a better deal that they hadn't shared with me. I told him no. They should have told me that in the beginning. Taking back the equipment was easy. Now with breeze line, my bills is basically the same as before, a couple of more channels, incentives for the first month Visa gift card if I stay.

Why was the store closed at 6:30 PM on a regular Monday night, when the hours are clearly marked as closing at 8:00 PM? Monday, August, 5th, 2024, we pulled up to an empty store with locked doors at the Polaris location.
Replacing my broken modem has now become a major hassle, unnecessarily, and is now eating away into my work schedule. Keep your posted hours, or update your signage to reflect your own short-kept schedule. Thank you.
UPDATE: The new hours were not posted near where normal hours are, and several people were wandering the sidewalk in front of it wondering if it was open. I upped my rating because of fair customer service, but a larger printout of your shortened hours would help folks immensely.

Absolutely terrible internet service, my housemate and I got scammed. The lady working said that the streaming services came with the Internet were free, only for them to end up charging us way more than what was agreed upon.
We got charged for things we didn’t even get and that’s ridiculous.
Manager at this location didn’t do anything to help and we are looking into legal action. Complaints will also be made about this scamming that they do
