This business gets ZERO stars!!! There needs to be a negative star button!!! When you take in your equipment they will still charge you $89.99 for just Internet for the entire month!!!! No matter if you only used 9 days of service. Even when you call customer service, no support!! I was a customer for 10 years. No customer compassion. I will NOT recommend this company!!! Buy a hotspot. It will save you grief and money. My bill started at $45 raised past double. This is beyond words of frustration and anguish. Thank you for telling me two months after I close my account I owe an entire month bill. So I have to pay this so it doesn't go on my credit and into collections. I can't believe a company can be so heartless to loyal customers.

The internet and dvr / 4k TV is good BUT be very careful about mobile service..... family member just signed contract .... was made to sign before phone activation on a trade in... the internet/ wifi only works if she's AT HOME!!!!! Out and about unlimited data with no internet access!!!!! What!!! Be very careful .... u need Hotspot access or ull have to use guest wifi.... on the road..no internet..... customer service representative said oh no that's not misleading.....What??????

The front door had a horrible squeak and was exceptionally annoying. A can of WD-40 behind the work stations would be a great preventative maintenance.

We went to an appointment set up for us by spectrum mobile phone support, it wasn’t letting us sign in so we suspected the gentleman who helped us on the phone mis-typed the email. We tried several times to approach the lady at the desk and she interrupted me and my friend multiple times, was incredibly rude in tone, and told us that there wasn’t anything she could do and the spectrum representative we spoke to on the phone probably LIED to us and she claimed they lie frequently. She refused to even attempt to look us up and said we’d have to just re-register on the iPad and wait instead of having our scheduled appointment time. We ended up leaving because of how disrespectful she was with her tone and not letting us finish a single sentence. Horrible customer service, and it doesn’t exactly look good to tell customers that the company is lying to them.

Staff was pleasant and worked hard. The store is not set up to let the first time customer know where to sign in or that a sign in is needed for customer service.

Probably the most disconnected communication and service you can find.Multiple times calling in, schedule appts and walk-in only each with a different answer and NONE capable of helping.They only service NEW clients which still was a terrible experience in itself when I signed up. Expect to wait HOURS even with an appointment. They sold me mobile services and phones no problem. Phone broke....which happens so naturally ordered a replacement.Same Phone - can't use unlocked devices unless it's sold by them fyi. Seriously the same phones were on their counter.Finally get in to talk in person, after customer service told me to go to a local store, only to find out that even though they sold me the phones and the plans I can't buy a phone through them....it has to be my wife as she is primary. Never was I given such a run around and never would I get so many people passing the buck because they don't want to work at all. Crap service crap company. GO Anywhere else!

The customer service is awful, very impersonal and it felt unorganized and chaotic. It is the most inefficient and the line did not move fast at all! In 20 minutes time nobody left and actually more people came in! You have to sign into a kiosk. I felt like I was at the BMV. The line was massive and there wasn't enough seats so I had to sit on the floor with a massive box. There weren't enough associates working, 3 for 16 customers. I'm an existing customer I feel that they should create a line dealing specifically with returning products or existing customers and another line for new customers. The noise level was horrible as they share a very flimsy wall with Maple Street Biscuit Company.

The workers are doing their best but man the wait time is crazy all day. They don't have the staff to address the amount of people that come in and you'll be waiting hours to get seen. It's absolutely insane how long it takes to get through, again not workers fault it's got to be hard on them

My modem/router died, so needed to switch it out. Brand New equipment - Great! Got home and it doesn't work:( I called a rep and she went Above and Beyond to help me, (ran diagnostics, etc) only to find faulty equipment. Drove to the store twice in one day and Finally all is well, so I can submit my homework assignments.~Bottom line: Instore customer service is Wonderful, and they have nothing to do with the cheap-a$$ equipment that Spectrum is using now.Thank you All for being kind and patient.

If you can avoid it, don't waste time here. In an effort to cut costs, they have HORRIBLY UNDERSTAFFED this place. I'm just waiting to return a modem/router. This is really validating my decision to switch providers. The staff are great. The company is what sucks.

Love waiting for hours just to swap equipment; it would be fantastic if the store had a kiosk for TV and electronics and an entirely separate line for phone issues

Unfortunately wasted almost a good hour here. I was picking up equipment to get new internet. 6 scanned boxes and a storage manager later they tell me there is an issue with their system, and I could wait for it to "work" or come back later. Even though they pulled up all my info, I let them know I am just picking up equipment for service in Springfield OH (about 45 minute drive away). They proceed to tell me their equipment does not work with the ones in Springfield. Utter incompetency and offer no compensation. They literally do not care.

Had to get there right when they opened to get in and out, I can see how they can get backed up fast or don't have a reservation. But my experience was quick and painless regarding equipment swap. My old equipment was dated and quit working and the new setup went smoothly once I got home

Friendly staff at the store. They are kind and good providing service. The store is clean and has space to relax if you need to wait. Equipment returns or pickups are super easy.
