T.J. Maxx, established in 1977, is the nation’s largest off-price retailer, boasting over 1,200 stores across 49 states and Puerto Rico. Customers appreciate the store for its vast and ever-changing selection of high-quality, brand name and designer merchandise at unbeatable prices. Shoppers frequently express excitement over the array of clothing, shoes, jewelry, and home goods available, noting the unique finds and trendy options. Many reviews highlight the impressive selection of genuine jewelry, including sterling silver necklaces, as well as pet items such as orthopedic dog beds and toys. While the variety of products is praised, some customers mention that the store can sometimes be disorganized, with debris on the floor. Despite this, the cleanliness and organization of individual stores vary, with many noting helpful and friendly employees who are knowledgeable about their products. T.J. Maxx also offers appealing food items, and the seasonal candies attract attention. However, long wait times in checkout lines can be a downside, although cashiers remain pleasant and efficient. Overall, T.J. Maxx provides a fun shopping experience where customers can treat themselves to a wide range of goods at great values.
The store was clean and well organized. I was looking specifically for coffee flavoring syrup, and a very kind employee went above and beyond to find the exact one I needed.
