U-Haul Moving & Storage at Parsons Ave is a great location with friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff who provide exceptional and excellent service. Customers report a wonderful, welcoming vibe and note the team is very nice, patient, and honest. The service is quick and convenient, offering good value and fair rates with solutions like last-minute upgrades for moves. The trucks are clean, though the facility itself is a little tiny and hard to get in and out of, with limited parking available. Despite the minor space constraints, the location is highly recommended for anyone moving to or from Columbus.
The Uhaul Parsons location is Hands Down has the VERY BEST customer service in Columbus, Ohio. The trucks and equipment is always available and CLEAN! The employees are kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and give quick delivery! Thank you for all you do!
