Just wanted to quickly write this down before I forget , I didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped my daughter and I earlier this afternoon, but she was working up front around 1-2 pm today 8-21-25. She was so sweet and so patient with us , I was trying to do a return with literally no service on my phone , so she could scan my code. It took several minutes, and the entire time she was so patient with me and extremely helpful. With her help I was able to get it done way quicker, so I wanted to come and pay her a compliment. Most of the people/employees that I’ve encountered here are very knowledgeable and friendly, much more than USPS across the street. So this was a Thank you review, I will continue to use this specific store from now on. It’s worth the extra minute drive .

The store clerk, Matt went above and beyond to make sure my product got shipped. Astronomically Professional, Patient, and Nice. He made me feel very valuable as a customer. I'm elderly and the respect and patience this young man exuded with me left me tearful. I can't say thank you enough. May Matt be Blessed. He is a true Blessing to UPS.

I was in this evening and I forgot to bring my mailing label on one of my Amazon returns etc. The nice Representative Bianca behind the counter assisted me and helped me with creating a label and saving the cost of the label due to the bad experience I had with a Representative at the store the last time I made a return to Amazon! Thanks Bianca for being so nice and friendly and going above and beyond this evening. It means a lot! This is what good customer service is and I can only hope that the last Representative that I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with can learn what good customer service! People who are nice and accommodating to a customer can make their day better especially under distress! Thanks again Bianca!

The staff at this location is always helpful and friendly. I think they process a lot of online returns for various merchants. They're knowledgeable and get things moving quickly.

Staff was personal and I di not feel rushed. They worked in collaboration with one another. This helped in the store being more efficient. I felt comfortable that my package was on great hands when I left.
