Second time trying to go to this location during their posted business hours just to find them closed early for no apparent reason. Very frustrating as I had to leave work early, manage campus area traffic, and pay for parking for no reason and will have to go to another location at a later time.

U.S. Bank initially seemed promising for my business checking account. However, the bank's staggering 8-month waiting period for updating basic account information, such as a company DBA, was utterly frustrating. Despite assurances from over 5 U.S. Bank representatives that a virtual meeting with a branch could expedite the process, finding a willing branch proved to be another ordeal entirely. The lack of assistance at physical bank locations, despite possessing official state documents and receipts, left me deeply disappointed.

Went in to understand what my options are because I’m in severe financial distress but ended up leaving and had a hyperventilation attack in my car for the second time in my life.I’ve been a customer since about 2016 and this was my first bad experience with a US bank customer service/branch.I tried to diffuse the situation since I could tell that I was also not reacting emotionally well because I’m already in a distressed state of mind; I even said this. But it didn’t end up well and I left more distressed than ever.

Strongly recommend not using US bank, you’ll never be able to resolve issues you’ll go thru hours of endless loops where people aren’t the right department and just transfer you again and repeat. Charge all types of random fees whenever they choose to, horrible app, bad experience

The teller had very poor customer service. “He had a conference call and could not help up until after,” and had a very poor attitude of recommending where we could park as we were out of town. We were just asking for help and he seemed to be bothered we asked for help.

Had an absolute wonderful experience here today. Rai Hamadnalla was the one who helped me out today and she was very patient and extremely helpful. She provided me with more information than was required of her and gave me wonderful advice as I just signed my first lease to an apartment. That woman deserves a raise!

I opened my account 7 months ago and I don't have any problem until previous week. I realized my debit card did not work but I thought it was a problem of the store not my debit card. After 2 days I realized my Apple Pay is suspended and I went to the branch and the staff told me my account had closed 2 days ago and they told me we will send a cheque to your apartment it was Friday and I don't have any other sources of money. Unfortunately except for usual Saturday and Sunday holiday the following Monday was national holiday due to Momrial Day. I have waited until Tuesday and I email the bank manager and respectfully told him my problem. He answered me and told me I will take care of your problem. It's Wednesday now and I still did not receive my cheque and I email them again and the did not answer me. I don't have any money and I have to pay my rent at June 1st but they don't care. Besides I have an exam in the Cincinnati next Saturday. They are not reliable and they cause a lot of trouble for me.

Amazing service! I have used this bank for four years and have only had great experiences. They have awesome starting financial offers for students on credit cards and checking accounts. Steve and the team always knew my name and made banking a hassle-free, pleasant experience!

The person who opened the bank account was totally incompetent. I signed up for the free 150$ if you meet the minimum requirement account. I had met the minimum requirement and had got the 150$. I was told by the agent who opened the account that I would have to pay taxes at the end of the year using 1099 int form. But the bank decided to get the money now. The account had the minimum balance and because they forgot to file w9, the bank took out enough to overdraft the account. This lead á¹o the account being charged with overdraft fee on top of the damage that was done. Next the bank took money from a reserve credit line to cover the damage and made the account not overdraft. Then they sent me a bill for that credit line. And yes the bill had 21% interest added á¹o the amount. These predatory techniques were well noticed and I will report it at every avenue so people think twice before banking with US bank. And fun fact: I got the w9 in mail 2 days prior to the event and the agent on the phone said that my accounts had no problem and said someone was trying to hustle me to get my social. Guess what someone is trying to hustle me.. ITS ALL OF US BANK.

Nice bank, pleasant staff who know what they are doing. Only complaints are their hours can be inconvenient on Saturdays, and at the beginning of the school year, when they were busy, they seemed a bit short staffed. Other than that, good business.
