The staff is very helpful at this location. I'm always in and out when I go to do banking. It's the only US branch close to me since they closed down the Graceland and Downtown branches. It's a good thing they're on campus so no danger in losing this location.

Second time trying to go to this location during their posted business hours just to find them closed early for no apparent reason. Very frustrating as I had to leave work early, manage campus area traffic, and pay for parking for no reason and will have to go to another location at a later time.

Strongly recommend not using US bank, you’ll never be able to resolve issues you’ll go thru hours of endless loops where people aren’t the right department and just transfer you again and repeat. Charge all types of random fees whenever they choose to, horrible app, bad experience
