First went into chase to get my business account set up and was told it was too busy and to try another day. Ended up coming into US Bank and I had the pleasure of getting George to help me set up my account. Went above and beyond spending 2 hours to make sure every detail was correct. Happy to be a new customer

Long-time customer. I find the inside is usually appropriately staffed and they are earnest in their job. They aim to please. I would call ahead if you need notary or officer service to make sure they are on staff that day. Drive thru is typical, slow, but no slower than other banks.

I love talking to the tellers every time I go in there. Jennifer, Krysta, and Brian are always so nice and helpful.
