Worse than the BMV. Hold office is only open for 2 hours in the morning 9-11am. They leave whenever. Every international package I get they try to return to sender. The front desk wouldn’t even check to see if the package was back there.

Delayed packages for days with no updates. Defund USPS. This seems to be a bigger problem for specifically the columbus area. Never using them again

Horrible employees that dont even try to help u in any way just waiting on every minute to count down to go home if u dont like ur job. Quit easy as that theres people that would love to have ir job
