Someone at the post office likely stole a returned package with a value over $500, and from a non-profit organization no less. Package was marked undeliverable as the address we shipped it to was fraudulent. The package was confirmed returned to the post office but never returned to us. I was told it was delayed due to the holidays. Suddenly the tracking number has been deactivated and they can't help us, and claim the package never existed. The rep that came to my office to sell us services never returned any emails regarding this issue and I ended up having to go above her head to her supervisor who also didn't help us.

My small box I dropped off in self serve box drop - is stuck in the box drop. This box drop has been piece of garbage for like 2 years but it looked like it was operable again. So I used it and now I’m 9 people back in line to tell someone it’s broken and go get my box out. 1 person helping all these people.

I’ve lost 3 packages to usps in the last year. They always say the package was undeliverable because they couldn’t access my address with a code, there are not gates barring them from entry, they could walk straight to my front door from the street. No human support that knows what they are doing, and if they do, they don’t care.

The folks here are big-hearted pros. We should all be so competent and kind.

The local postal system is absolute trash, they take their sweet time to accomplish ANYTHING! All I can say is if it wasn't for the carriers then I would give this place 1 star or less! The carriers are the only good ones that actually work hard and get things done! If they are working in the office or anywhere in a building you might as well forget it and take whatever they will give you cause that's all the more you will get, they refuse to try! And closed on Saturday?? *Ppfffff* I'm done, thanks for nothin!!

I echo most of the other comments here, and am writing a review to mention that this post office IS indeed open even if 'they' update their Google profile listing it as temporarily closed; they actually have the longest open hours out of any post office in the area. This location is the main hub for central Ohio so if you have a local post office you may find less adversarial customer service there. Other commenters are correct in mentioning that there is never more than 1 clerk at the main desk even though there are 4 bays; and that the 'hold mail' area is some form of purgatory. USPS could be a symbol of American excellence but it sadly has a rot of Leadership in its core.WHERE DO I GO?The main building looks just like a post office and if you go in and keep to the left you will see the USPS side with the customer service bays at the end. If you go right that is to the passport offices.PASSPORTS?Idk, I only do USPS stuff here.

Nice folks. Materials well stocked. Not super busy in mornings but of course busy with lines in afternoons during holidays. There was a Karen today mad about the passport process, she misunderstood the directions and made it about the service she received while being loud and accusatory, trying to get everyone riled up. The postal staff remained calm and kind, trying to focus on solutions for her.

I placed a package in the package drop box over 10 days ago. The tracking number is still not in the system. USPS tells me that because it's not in the system, it is not their problem. I was told it is my problem because I used the drop box provided by this location rather than wait in line to get a receipt. It's a very convenient way for USPS to not take responsibility for the mail in their possession.

I've lived several places around the country and never had a problem with USPS until moving here. I've lived here 6 months and this post office has already lost multiple packages.

Cheryl was very helpful! We had to mail a bunch of books out from our nonprofit and she was quick to offer to help.

I used the inside drop box for several pieces of mail on Nov. 3rd. Today is Nov. 13th. I finally received the piece that was addressed to my personal address. It was postmarked Nov. 9th. Why did it take so long to process?

So when goodgling the passport office and clicking the website it does not take you to the updated hours . They are requiring scheduled appointments and despite showing the worker the not update link I addition to the room being totally empty and them having no scheduled appointments (waited for almost an hour trying to see if I could schedule same day anywhere) . There 2 worker who just sat there and were just very lazy, rude and not helpful. I understand needing to schedule and if they had appointment but they did not.

Actually one of the worst experiences in mailing history. Not only did they screw up and have my package shipped to the wrong zip code, but when I emailed them to ask about my package being in transit for 8 days, they said they didn't know where it was. Then I called and another person said it was on site. So now I drive an hour and 20 mins to this place. Keep in mind that they "close at 5." Well, apparently that's a suggestion because I showed up at 3:50 and they said they were closing at 4 and told me to come back tomorrow. The worker clearly hated her job and didn't give a singular iota of care about my troubles and rather wanted to have an easy last 10 mins even when already leaving a hour early. So here I am on a wasted nearly 3 hour round trip seething with uncontrollable anger at the pieces of human garbage and USPS for making my life miserable.

Since I have moved from one condo to another one in the same community that I rent I have had numerous problems with the post office who can't seem to put my package in the mailbox which drops down into a secure location the last few times they've been placing it outside of the Dropbox and unfortunately people that live in the neighborhood helped himself it's a free package to steal.

Do not waste your time waiting in line here. I don’t know if they refuse to hire employees or they employees then have don’t want to work. Slowest service of any post office in the area. There is four bays where employees could be taking packages but you will never see more than one employee there.
